Vacation rentals with beach access in Central Department

I recommend the apartment! The location is great! The building is next to the Government Palace, is secure and has good facilities. Host responds to messages quickly and carefully. As a suggestion, it would indicate the need for improvement in the cleaning of the sheets and blankets, in addition to more frequent maintenance in the apartment. Even so, nothing hindered the stay, which is why I indicate the location and if I return to the Asunción I will look again!

The condo is super safe, quiet, a fully equipped gym and a beautiful beach. The house is well-equipped, comfortable and conveniently located. Salvio was an excellent host, always attentive in case something was missing.

Excellent stay, the main house is beautiful, the place is extremely quiet and the nature that surrounds it disconnects you from the daily journey of the city. We were in a family group of 9 adults with our pet Ody and we were all comfortable. We spent a few beautiful days relaxing and welcomed the new year 2025 with great enthusiasm. Caretakers Victor and Blanca are very friendly and helpful. Ignacio is very friendly and attentive to any inquiries he made. The house is very well equipped and everything is very nice, much more than what the photos show. Thank you Ignacio. Happy 2025!
