Quiet and serene, great neighbors, spacious and clean. Would stay here again!

We love, love, LOVED this AirBNB. The space is SOOOO cute and well kept. The upgrades add to the charm of the cute little bungalow. The house is well stocked with nice appliances, high end finishes, and beach gear. The beds were so comfortable! I usually struggle to sleep anywhere that isn’t my own bed, but I actually slept better in the Airbnb bed. The hosts were super responsive to all of our messages and answered all of our questions quickly. Several reviews mention the location being noisy, but it wasn’t anything a sound machine couldn’t handle. I live in a city and have stayed in WeHo before, which is much noisier. The only drawback (and not something the hosts have control over) was that the beach had a lot of trash. It sounds like we visited before the annual spring cleaning, which might have explained the condition. There were several amazing beaches within driving distance though, so no problem! Also, felt totally secure with the gated driveway! 10/10

This is a charming home with a cool history and they do a great job keeping some of the 100 year old home charm, while updating and modernizing the things that matter. It was well stocked with the amenities you would need for cooking, had nice linens, towels and even bath supplies. The backyard is nice and very private, also appreciate the driveway for parking as street parking would have been challenging. It is a very quiet neighborhood despite being across the street from a high school. Some of the areas in town are not super nice and can be a little sketchy, but this area and street was quiet and we felt completely safe here. Living room furniture was comfortable and there was a Roku TV in each room. Great house for a family with kids that wants a home away from home. Host provided detailed info and was responsive. Great value as well.

We've stayed at Gillian's places a number of times and appreciate her sense of style and comfort. She is the perfect host and thinks of everything to make your stay enjoyable. She is also very responsive to any needs that arise and tries hard to accommodate you. Immaculate Cottage has everything you could ask for - great location, comfortable beds, fully-equipped kitchen, great outdoor spaces including a grill and firepit seating area and a comfortable living room for TV- watching. The main street in Montrose is 2 blocks away and has many great restaurants and shops. We always enjoy our stays.

This was one of the most peaceful and quaint locations I’ve ever stayed in. The unit looked exactly like the photos and was very clean and comfortable inside. Larry, the host, was very communicative, and I had no issues reaching out to him. The stay was perfect!

This place felt like my own little efficiency apartment while I visited LA! The minimal kitchen has plenty of tools and utensils so that I could mix in some groceries/cooking with going out to eat. Ubers were always close by, and though street parking was a little tricky, Kyung described what to do perfectly and when I decided to impromptu rent a car, I felt right at home parking nearby. Most of all, I felt she described what to expect to a tee - there were no surprises! Great place at an affordable rate.

Aga and Yonah’s home was exactly what my husband, our 2 y/o son and I needed for a little family getaway. The home was super clean and comfortable. Well equipped, but with plenty of counter and shelf space for us to store what we needed without sacrificing living space. Aga was so kind and responsive, and it’s clear how much effort she and Yonah put into creating a comprehensive guide for visitors both in Atwater Village and in the larger LA area. The outdoor porch and yard were perfect for playing and enjoying meals outside. Truly it was one of the best parts. The home is located in walking distance to a couple of playgrounds, which was also perfect for our family. Aga and Yonah were perfect hosts and I can’t express how lucky we feel to have found them and their home.

We had a great time here for the LB Grand Prix weekend. The house had everything we needed…we didn’t have to go buy anything. Charlie was very helpful in giving tips on things to do and kindly letting us drop our luggage off a few hours early. The place was clean, convenient and we loved the decor and especially the outdoor space!
