So far, the best place i have stayed while visiting the Philippines. Spacious. Quiet. Clean and right next to the train station. Host is very accommodating and responsive. Construction noise and the dog across the hall are the only really bothersome things, but after 6pm, its very peaceful and nice. Just turn the tv up and its not even really bothersome. Loved the free Netflix too! 100% going to he the place i stay each time i visit.

We had a great time staying at the place! I personally love the balcony spot, the viewpoint is perfect. It is not too far and not too near from the pool. I also had a great transaction with Ms. Lei, I am looking forward for future staycations with her. Thank you! ❤️

We stayed two weeks at Aziz’s place while visiting family in Manila. Aziz and his co-host Cris were super responsive, provided clear instructions and directions, and the place itself was fantastic. The condo is located in a gated, guarded and safe condo complex (this type of a set up is common in the Philippines). The guards were super friendly and helpful. Do not be intimidated by the surroundings (the street can sometimes appear rougher than what it actually is), you are only a short and inexpensive grab ride away from anywhere you want to go! And did I mention free parking?! Not only this, but the condo itself is immaculate, clean, spacious and has great amenities, including powerful air conditioning in both the principal bedroom, as well as the living/secondary bedroom, two comfort rooms (washrooms), a well equipped and stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer combo that does a fantastic job. I would recommend this place gladly!

It was a great place to stay. Fully equip. Cold AC. Clean unit and very responsive host! We had a great time with our kids. Down side is there's another payment for the pool usage of ₱150 per head but overall it was a great stay

We had an amazing 2-night stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was very convenient. The location was perfect - very safe and guarded, which gave us peace of mind. The neighborhood was great, and we were close to everything we needed. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, exactly as described. Plus their bathroom was great! We felt right at home and loved the warm atmosphere. Such a great place with honest and kind people! I accidentally lost my bag, and our host went the extra mile to assist me in retrieving it. Their support truly meant a lot. We’ve been here last 2024 and it was good. We really do enjoy the place and we felt like its our home. Easy to locate and very accessible to other places. Very accomodating host, nice and friendly. We definitely want to book again in the near future.

The place is cozy and conveniently located near Rockwell, making it a great choice for those who want easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The environment is friendly and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and kind, even agreeing to a sudden reschedule of my booking date, which I really appreciated. There were, however, a few minor issues: small cockroaches in the kitchen and the fridge takes some time to cool. Despite these, the overall experience was positive, and I would still recommend this place to my friends for its location, charm, and the host’s hospitality.

Small one bedroom apartment but with everything you need including cooking facilities and washing machine. Proximity of large mall ….. very short walk… is a major plus. Swimming pool is clean and sheltered from excessive sunlight. Great value.

Editha's place was perfect for our needs. Mall is just across the street for easy shopping. the place was cozy and the pool view was so relaxing. I booked another stay for my return flight to the US. and that only shows how i liked the place.
