Villa vacation rentals in Central Luzon

Casa Maribel is a Home Away From Home destination. Had some minor hiccups when we checked out but the place is a destination esp for 4 small families like us who wanted to be together for at least a night for some quality catch up time. I informed Rex on some improvements for the place so it will be much more worth the visit. Daddy who is 86 years old loved the place and would like to visit again.

The place is new and clean. The rooms were nice and the bathrooms were clean. This is by far the best private villa/home we’ve been for last few years. Great for big groups!

If you want peace, this is the place. It is so serene, you just want to sit down and look at the view

One night is too short! The place is as described, so clean with very accommodating staff. Kitchen appliances are complete and we utilised the grill out the back. We had a power cut during dinner but didn’t notice due to the solar lights being on, and Joven one of the staff quickly sorted it out! The pool was so nice and warm, and we swam with our floats until it was dark. The pool also had coloured lights on at night which the kids loved. Initially couldn’t find the house however, by fate we stumbled across Joven’s cousin, a tour guide! And he led us to the house safely. Be expected to drive on a long rough road, and very broken concrete roads. Good location. Very close to tourist hotspots - Patar beach, bolinao falls, sungayan grill, enchanted cave etc. This place is really a hidden gem and so worth the long travel! Despite the short stay, we were able to relax completely and destress. Highly recommend, will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much Fernando! ☺️

The place is big and spacious, especially the parking. There's an area that you could shoot some hoops and a fire place that you can cook some smores. The open space with canopy where you can do most of your activities is spacious and have a good design. I like the native design of the seats with its water resistant foam. They also have a 3-piece wooden plank that can act as table and stable enough to sit. The pavilion is the star of the place. It's big, cozy, and just pretty. My only comment though is it gets quite hot in the area when the sun is high. The rooms are spacious and clean. I really like the design of the toilet and bath of largest room. Everything blends well even the lavatory, which seems to disappear together with the finishing of the wall. The pool is nice and clean. We had a great time at Dennis’s place! The house is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals. There’s plenty of comfortable sleeping space for everyone. The only downside is that the pool water is quite cold—a heated pool would make it absolutely perfect. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

We had an amazing stay at Nova Scotia Resort! The villa we stayed in was well-maintained, and beautifully designed for a relaxing getaway. The beach was perfect for unwinding and enjoying the scenery. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful seaside escape!

Ms. Katrina and her husband were very responsive with our queries. They even offered to rebook our stay for free because of the super typhoon. The care takers esp Ate Queen were accommodating, they were always around to help us and tried their best to grant our requests :) The place is large and can accommodate big groups. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this beautiful house! It was incredibly spacious and had plenty of beds, making it the perfect place for us to prepare for our wedding day. The owner was exceptionally kind and accommodating, allowing us to use the space for our preparations, which truly made the day even more special. The only thing to note is that the house is located near an airport, so you can hear the airplanes passing by. This was mentioned in the listing, so it wasn't a surprise, but if you're a light sleeper, it might be something to consider as it can wake you up. Additionally, we noticed that the bathrooms could benefit from having hand towels and hand soap available. This would have made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a spacious and beautiful home for a special occasion! Thank you for a memorable experience!

We had a family reunion in this place and we enjoyed the pool and walk to the beach! I just wish we stayed longer.

The place is very spacious, clean, interesting, well-decorated, well-landscaped, comfortable and functional. It has a rustic and homey charm. Yela/host, Marinie/manager and kuya/ate staff are very responsive, friendly and accomodating to my requests and queries. Their in-house breakfast is very good and must try the longganisang alaminos and daing na espada. My mom's 81st birthday celebration became more special and a memorable one becoz this place. Overall, me, my big family and relatives had a great stay here and loved it. Would highly recommend this place.

Amazing place and definitely great for family outing! The beach is just a minute walk nearby and if you just want to relax, the place itself is already beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Additional for the caretakers, they are very accomodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again soon!

We had an amazing stay! This house is absolutely perfect for families. It's very well-maintained, clean, and offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a highlight—clean and inviting. The beds were cozy, making for restful nights, and the nighttime ambiance was just lovely. Even our pets had a great time! Plus, the caretaker kuya arvin was exceptionally accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place—already looking forward to coming back!

Enjoyed our weekend stay in the amazing Lake Farm with the family. The serene atmosphere all throughout the expansive property and numerous activities available provided the excellent opportunity to relax and celebrate our best family moments. Everyone loved the lap pool and boating experience. Lake Farm is a hidden gem in Pampanga, so near Metro Manila, yet private and secluded. Wax has been very responsive all throughout. Looking forward to our next visit here.

We celebrated my friend’s birthday at this Airbnb, and let me tell you—it was everything! ✨ From the get-go, Mike was an absolute gem. Super responsive, super helpful, and even recommended some chef’s kiss healthy party trays nearby (because we gotta keep it cute, right?). Coming from the South, we had a ton of questions, and he answered them all like a pro. The moment we stepped inside, our jaws were on the floor! The photos do not do this place justice. Every inch of this house is designed with style, love, and a touch of luxury. The high ceilings, the open kitchen, the stunning attention to detail—it’s giving Bali resort realness! 🌴✨ And the heated pool? A moment. They deserve the title of Superhost, they responded very quickly to my inquiries and request. They even had us escorted by the security guard to their house so we can easily find it. The house was very clean. Will definitely come back.

We had an amazing time! Casa De Mercado is an absolute treasure. The care taker greeted us with a smile, no big or small errands and they will surely get it sorted (not that we have one). Communication with booking and check out was no hassle. The place was heaven. The modern “kubo”was very spacious and the bed in the rooms are relaxing, beds are very comfortable too. The pool.. day or night was the highlight of the vacay, everyone super enjoyed it. We will definitely stay again in this “rare find” when we need to stay in pampanga!!
