Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Rinne-Jukkolan omakotitalo toimii loistavasti viikonloppureissuun, pidemmäksi majapaikaksi tai kokoontumistilaksi erilaisille porukoille. 120-neliöisessä talossa on kolme makuuhuonetta, avara olohuone ja avokeittiö, wc, kodinhoitohuone ja sauna. Talo on ihanan valoisa ja tarjoaa avaran peltomaisemanäkymän keskellä maaseutua. Lisämaksusta on mahdollista vuokrata pihapiiristä palju ja isompi pihasauna.

Cozy sauna cottage in beautiful countryside. Peaceful private space, fireplace, toilet, shower and wood-burning sauna (floor heating on the premises) . Large size deck and grill available for use. Separately, you can rent a hot tub or a smoke sauna in the yard. Extra beds can be booked as a communal accommodation in the main building. There are also extra beds for children. There's room in the yard to move around and play. In common areas, you can use a kitchen and a washer.

Quaint living experience in historic Nykarleby

Looking for old house charm with modern twist? Welcome to our house on Seminariegatan in Nykarleby, one of the town's most idyllic locations. Touches of traditional and modern Nordic design. Our house was put up in the year 1900 but the logs probably much older. It is ideal for spending time together in front of the fire, cooking, a walk in the forest, bathing in the outdoor wood heated sauna, or weather allowing hanging out on the terrace. The house is fully equipped.

Cosy cabin with sauna and beautiful glass patio

Welcome to our beautiful cabin. It used to be an old grain barn but is now refurbished into a stylish guesthouse. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a table and a sofa, and a small toilet. Upstairs you find a king size bed and a bedsofa. Next to the house there is a sauna with shower. Use of the sauna has to be agreed on with us beforehand. On the outside there are two furnished patios and a glazed-in lounge. The house is in the same yard as our family home.

Mökki Kainula

Kainula offers accommodation in the middle of the village in the countryside. In Kainula, roosters and sheep and goats can make noise. There are also rabbits and chickens in the yard. All animals are allowed to scratch, but the host and host take care of feeding in the morning and evening. Kainula has accommodations for four. The bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed in the kitchen. Outdoor sauna and wood grill in the yard. There is a toilet but no shower.

Holiday apartment with a lake view

Relax in a neat, spacious and modern holiday apartment by the lake. The balcony of this third-floor apartment overlooks a magnificent lake landscape. The sandy beach is located about 100 m away, where there is a beach cafe flea market. (in summer) There is a golf course (for a fee) and a tennis court (free of charge) nearby. You will also find a gym downstairs (free of charge) Barbecue hut and barbecue on the beach. Boat dock on the beach.

StrandRo - Cottage by the lake

Welcome! Villa StrandRo is a cozy and peaceful cottage by the lake. A marked nature trail starts right next to the cottage, a children’s playground is about one kilometer away, and both a rowing boat and a barrel sauna – available all year round – are free to use. We live in the same yard with our two school-aged children, and we are happy to help or share tips about the best local experiences if you wish. We also rent out SUP boards.

Small house in the countryside

Stay in the countryside in the village of Rautia. Beds are already made. If necessary, there is a sofa bed in the living room for 1-2 people. The beds in the second bedroom can be made into a double bed, a travel bed and extra mattresses are available on request. Cutlery for about 8 people. The property has a wood-heated sauna. There is a new outdoor sauna in the yard, which can be rented separately.

Atmospheric holiday home with a bath

"Toinen tupa" in the village of Tastula in Kaustinen is waiting for you. The rental property consists of a log cabin with an old atmosphere and a modern sauna building, which houses the property's third spacious living room/bedroom. Here you can enjoy your own peace. Tastula Lake (swimming beach) is about 800 m away and Kaustinen center with services is about 6 km away.

Peaceful villa by the lake. Area: 80 m2 indoors + large terrace and outdoor sauna Number of beds is 6 separate beds. Rooms: Kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, hall, bathroom + sauna Facilities: fireplace, fridge/freezer, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. On the property, there is another beach sauna.
