What a wonderful vacation we had at Just Right Villa. We visited many of the beaches during our 9-night stay and also did a deep-sea fishing trip. The home was outfitted with snorkel and beach equipment, like chairs and floating rafts. The home also offers a small cooler and drink cooler, which were perfect for packing daily trips to the beach. The views from the two decks are amazing and the location is very quiet at night, away from any noise from Coral Bay below. I would recommend renting a 4x4 jeep, as the drive is rather steep. But if you must get a mini-van, I'm sure it will work, but maybe in low-drive gear for the drive. One note, the lower bedroom is detached from the upper-level, so your family or guest that stays in that room will have to take outside stairs to enter the top level (kitchen, living room, and other bedrooms). Nice residential setting. Beautiful pool and deck area with fantastic view. Very large comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, screened in deck. Coolers, beach chairs and towels were available and most appreciated.

I'm an old engineer who worked on ships for many years, mostly research vessels, I live in Kansas now, and miss the sound of the ocean. Problem solved being close to the shore in Red Hook harbor. The bed was fantastic. Peter, the contact I had at the condo office was invaluable. We even had a flat tire as we were set to leave for St. John's on Sunday morning and I walked over to see if he was around, it was Sunday after all, luckily he was. He repaired the flat and we were on the road within a half hour. This was above and beyond normal operation. The various sail boats, catamarans and other vessels coming in and out of the harbor meant there was never a dull moment. We had a great time.

As we walked into the house the view took our breath away! The house had everything needed for our stay. The car worked great especially having four of us staying at the house. We woke up every morning early to catch the beautiful sunrises and have a hot cup of coffee. Having two refrigerator s was very helpful especially for keeping lots of ice and amenities. The porch area is great to hang out with everyone especially after a long day at the beach where we could wind down for the evening. I would highly recommend the house!

What a view. To be in St John and gaze out at the tropical hills and blue water makes it unforgettable. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking items, plus beach going items: chairs, coolers and umbrellas. All there. The best part was Fred, the owner.. So available and helpful. .The road up is tricky, especially after rain, so definitely rent a 4 wheel drive, but not from Mr Pipers. There are plenty of other rental places with good quality jeeps. Our first vehicle had several issues with mold and water coming in. They gave us a sorry replacement.

We would definitely stay here again! The apartment was great and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus at the end of a beach day, as was the convenience of having a washer and dryer for wet towels. Also loved that two comfy bathrobes were included. It is such an amazing location with everything walkable within a few blocks. We rented a car but would have been totally fine without one. It is actually easier to take the taxis to the beach vs parking. We loved the convenience of having a place right in Cruz Bay and took advantage of all the incredible bars, restaurants and happy hours galore! St. John is such a fun island and Stacey’s place was just perfect.

Our stay at Veronica’s place was excellent. Everything was exactly as described, and Veronica’s responsiveness, helpfulness, and generosity as a host were top notch. She shared great recommendations with us that we visited time and time again, and gave us tips for some of the best snorkeling we had during our trip! The condo was right on a bay with beautiful views and we loved sitting on the porch and watching the boats at the end of a great snorkel day. Veronica’s condo was the perfect spot for our week-long holiday escape!

We had a great stay at the Six Palms Villa! As mentioned in previous reviews / seen in pictures there are a lot of steps but the villa is SO spacious and the view makes it worth it!! We did have some trouble with turning our car around as the street is narrow and there was a car parked in the extra space for 3/5 days where we were turning around the first day but we always were able to find a kind person to help us turn around!! Taxi’s won’t drive down the hill to the villa but the hill is easy to climb. All amenities listed we available and it was a great location for us as a big group!

Our stay at Maridadi Clifftop an incredible week that exceeded our expectations. The view is phenomenal from the patio and inside the guest suite. The property is beautifully maintained with lush tropical plants framing the ocean view while providing ample privacy and solitude. We have stayed at many Airbnb’s over the year and this one tops them all with many thoughtful amenities…beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, beach bags, umbrellas and a well-appointed coffee bar just to name a few. Ruby and Fernando truly understand hospitality and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived with beach, hiking and restaurant suggestions and advice for how to navigate the island. This is a perfect getaway for anyone seeking a peaceful, secluded location within a short drive to restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend!
