Waterfront vacation rentals in Centre-Val de Loire

This is an unimaginably wonderful house. When booking, I had a hunch that it would be very local and could add extra charm to my trip to France. As expected, a woman’s intuition was spot-on. The moment I checked in, I saw such a romantic and elegant house, with faint greenery outside the window, the accordion music from the Seine River, and the bells of Notre-Dame de Paris. Everything was just perfect, as if I had truly lived in Paris for a while. I’m very grateful for this house—it’s clean, understated, elegant, and just right.

Impeccable accommodation, everything is there to feel at home! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms offer good privacy. The apartment is perfectly located. Jean-Marc was very responsive. We will come back without hesitation!

Lovely apartment with views of the Loire River, perfectly located on the main plaza across from the chateau (less than five minute walk). Free parking garage (huge bonus, but difficult to locate at first ... walk to the right of the front door, then circle around behind the building on the riverside). Comfortable beds. Bathroom is split between a shower room with sink (attached to one of the bedrooms, but accessible from either side) and a toilet room. Fantastic coffee maker grinds fresh beans on demand. A bit noisy at night on the weekend due to setting up the excellent market which is just outside the front door. Note: for those with limited mobility, it is located on the European second floor (American third floor) with no elevator.

We were looking for an apartment on Ile-St-Louie and this unit fit the bill for Parisian living. It's perfect for 2 adults and very good for a family with 2 small children, as the second bedroom and bathroom are on the small side, but still functional. If you need the amenities of hotel living, this may not be the place for you, but if you want to know what it would be like to live in the center of Paris, give this apartment a try. We spent 6 nights here and it had virtually everything we needed. The availability of the washer and dryer was appreciated, and one of the reasons we chose this unit, and the elevator was also a big plus. Ile-St-Louie is a busy place so there will be some noise at night, but it didn't bother us. The apartment is with a 5 minute walk of 2 metro stops, so getting around is easy, but walking is much more enjoyable! There are also numerous grocery stores within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb in Paris! The apartment was charming, clean, and full of character with the best Eiffel Tower views—just what you’d hope for in a Parisian getaway. The location was perfect, within walking distance to cafés, bakeries, and iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. Isolda was welcoming and provided great recommendations for local restaurants and hidden gems. It felt like a home away from home, and I truly didn’t want to leave. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Paris—highly recommend!

A special apartment. The views of the Seine from here are all that you could want. Beautiful morning sunlight. Also, neat uncluttered good style. Well equipped kitchen. 94 steps. Check-in is personal (Pierre meets you). He provides list of places he recommends to eat and drink, and buy baguettes cheese wine, etc., so you don't need to bother with looking things up, just follow this advice. One thing that was confusing - every time I'd want to use toilet, I'd find myself in the bathroom wondering where the toilet was. Always had to correct myself. Toilet is separate from the salle de bain of course. Now I'll be going back to my home country and wondering why the heck there is a toilet next to by bathtub. So uncivilized : )

We loved our time at Veronique's historical building which is beautifully located with breathtaking views. It played well into the romance of Paris and fantasy of living there. The space is generous and well appointed. We highly recommend this special place.

This is undoubtedly the best Airbnb I've ever rented. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, and the mix of modern and old, just like the decor, is extremely successful. The visit of the mill and the products for sale are a real plus to discover the history and richness of the region. A big thank you!

Very neat space and received very hospitably. Perfect place for an overnight stay for transit like us. But also very suitable for a longer stay.

Charming house along the Cher. The interior is faithful to the very cozy and tasteful descriptions. It feels like a home away from home. We had a very pleasant stay despite the bad weather and recommend this place, ideal for discovering the region and its castles by car or bike. there are 2 bedrooms, one of them has a shower and a sink, without a door between, and a livingroom / kitchen, and a fool bathroom. the apartment was clean, with everything that you need. close to restaurantes, caffee, train station, still in a quiet zone. it is în the second floor. the owner is very helpfull, always answear în a few seconds to everything that i asked. the only minus are the two sinks, the smallest i have ever seen, not even în the kindergarden, and it makes it difficult to wash your face without getting the floor wet. i will definitively come again, or recommend it

The location of this apartment was amazing. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room AND the bedroom was so cool. We got to see it light up every night from the privacy of the apartment. Very short walk to the Eiffel Tower too. Samy was a great host, he was very responsive and proactive in reaching out regarding check-in and check-out. This place was was great, especially for the price. Would highly reccomend it and we will try to stay here again when we come back.
