Independent apartment in the back of our house. Total privacy is guaranteed , suitable for couples. Well lit and airy, surrounded by a pleasant terrace in the shade of mango tree. Miramar is just 10 minutes by car from Old Havana. Miramar is a safe, elegant and quiet neighborhood with some of the best restaurants in Havana. Our home is within walking distance from the sea, and a block away from the famous 5th avenue where you can go jogging or walking to nearby parks.

The best deal

We are close to the famous Fábrica de Arte Cubano, one of the best clubs in Havana. Also at Club El Chévere, La Casa de la Música de Miramar, Karl Marx Theatre, Almendares River and beautiful Havana Forest. We are 100 meters from the Almendares Bridge. Right on the border between Playa and Vedado Township. Only 300m away is the Cira García International Clinic. At only 20 m pass the old cars that for only $1 take them to any point of the city.

Private, spacious and ventilated studio with own kitchen, bathroom, closet and independent entrance so as a beautiful garden. AC and hot water included. Quick walk to the coast (~5 min) and boardwalk.
