Hiša Manira – a unique apartment in the heart of the Vipava Valley, is a unique artistic accommodation in the historic village of Vipavski Križ. This carefully restored, over 500-year-old stone house combines traditional architecture with modern elegance and an artistic touch. Every corner of the house is adorned with works by Slovenian artists, which you can also buy and take with you as a lasting memory. On the west side of the house, the balcony offers a beautiful view of the splendor of the Vipava Valley. Comfort and art under one roof.

Ravascletto Cottage with a view of the woods and garden

Between Sutrio and Ravascletto, the first house of the homonymous village houses the Prepaulin apartment. A few minutes from the "Zoncolan" ski area and the Arta Spa, a convenient starting point for excursions in the high mountains and for simple walks, about 30 minutes from the border with Austria (Monte Croce Carnico pass). Pets are welcome. I can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (not possible for 4 adults). The apartment on the first floor is also available: look for it in the listings!

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. It is about 20 minutes from the beautiful ski slopes of Monte Zoncolan, and from Lake Cavazzo. If you are interested in bathing and spa treatments, in 10 minutes you will reach the town of Arta Terme. Especially suitable for cyclists because it is not far from the Alpe Adria cycle path and Monte Zoncolan
