This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Valerie is a wonderful host: responsive, kind, and generous with her time and suggestions. She's also a native english speaker for those who don't have French capabilities. This apartment is in a great location for both exploring Nice as well as the towns outside of Nice. It's a very easy walk to the tram (connections) and the busses that will take you to all the cities you've heard of, and some incredibly beautiful ones you haven't. Easy walking to grocery and restaurants too.

Very comfortable, great value

Everything is super! The apartment is very nice, located in a really quiet area surrounded by nature. It has all the comforts of home and a super terrace. We only did 2 nights but if you stop longer, in my opinion it is nice to have lunch or dinner in the apartment, if you want total relaxation! It thrives on the proximity of a golf course that, having a Club House, comes back convenient to have good doci or savory breakfasts. There was also a chance to dine (but I don't know if they do it every night). Giselle helped us find the apartment because we were "lost" for a moment... being a residential complex of many apartments and without a grooming of our B&B , I had to disturb it at 11:00 pm ... she responded to us instantly! I recommend staying in this apartment.

Wonderful visit at the apartment. We stayed for a week. The location was perfect for us. Close to bus and tram stops, grocery and bakery shops — and across the street from the promenade, where we could stroll all the way to Old Nice. Perfect! The view from the apartment was just beautiful morning, noon and night. While the bathroom is bijou, the apartment was spacious, bright and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. I do have to mention how very comfortable the beds were. That was a welcome bonus after a long day of sight seeing. Our hosts were so pleasant, responsive and accommodating to work with. That made our travel so much easier. I look forward to a return visit where I will book this apartment again. Thank you, Tam and Jennifer. I am happy to recommend.

We stayed at Quete Immo for a few nights with our children and really enjoyed it - the place is clean, freshly renovated and offered a great sense of comfort. The view is wonderful and we enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace. The village was really quiet during our stay so it felt amazing in contrast to the hustle and bustle of the coast. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable escapade, I highly recommend it (and for those travelling with kids, the children’s playground is one minute walk so that comes as an extra bonus).

Our stay was magical! We were surprised by the spotless cleanliness of the place, which is deeply appreciated upon arrival. The house has a unique charm, full of corners that invite you to explore and relax. Each space is decorated with details full of history that create a warm and special atmosphere, as if each object had something to tell. The access road, surrounded by nature and spectacular views, is already part of the experience: a gift for the senses. From the house you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea, perfect for disconnecting and getting carried away by the tranquility of the surroundings. The house is very well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. And we can't help but highlight Raphael's kindness and attention, always available, attentive and generous with his recommendations. 100% recommended.
