Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Our beautifully renovated farmhouse set in a quiet rural part of Burgundy, not far from the Sancerre/Pouilly wine country. It has a huge garden and terrace, large swimming pool (May-October), trampoline and swings (and space to make huts and play hide and seek!). Peaceful evenings star-gazing, sitting under the pergola as you barbecue whilst drinking locally wine, after taking leisurely strolls or bike rides around the country lanes is what it is all about!

We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. We completely renovated it in 2024, between nobility of ancient materials and comfort of modern equipment. From its terrace, you will enjoy a magical view of the hill of Vezelay and the Cure Valley. You will stay in our village, in the heart of an unspoiled site, a Unesco World Heritage Site, at the foot of our vineyards, in a calm and refreshing nature

A charming home in the heart of Burgundy!

The cottage is an old house entirely renovated with taste, highlighting the original materials: beams and exposed stones, stone floor and terracotta. It includes two large rooms on the ground floor: a living room with sofa and armchair and a dining room with an attached kitchen. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and a spacious bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, it is possible to add a third bed.

When you rent from us you will be the only ones to be there. The only people likely to be there are the caretaker and his wife, who are there to take care of the animals and the places. Neither your presence nor theirs will be inconvenient.
