The house has a lovely garden and a grill. The suite acomodates up to 4 persons. Bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. Optic fiber internet 150 Mb. Gated community with controlled access. Bay and mountains view. Gorgeous beach club with Private beach. Yard and laundry room shared with the studio guests. Maid service once a week. We live upstairs and have 2 cats. Nearby towns are Bucerías, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Punta Mita, Sayulita, San Pancho and Puerto Vallarta.

Casa La Bodeguita consists of two levels of living space overlooking open space and coconut palm trees. The home offers two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The bathroom features a large vanity with a natural stone shower. The kitchen provides all the essentials and wood cabinetry. The first floor lower terrace has a granite top table for four along with a cool plunge pool. The second floor roof terrace has a wet bar, a table for six, gas grill, and lounge chairs.

At the moment the pool does not have a heater, nor do we have a washing machine or dryer.
