Authentic stone farmhouse overlooking Lake Bourget, La Traverse is a family home located on the heights, close to the mountain trails. You can escape to the forest and reach the top of the Dent du Chat, a local natural landmark. Built more than 2 centuries ago, the building housed 3 families, before being bought and then fitted out by my great-grandfather Antoine. Renovated in 2020, the living area is 160 m2 on a plot of 1000 m2.
