A true peaceful retreat to relax after a day outdoors, perfect for couples, solo travellers, hikers, cyclists, or remote workers looking for calm and nature. ⚠️ Note: Small village, shops and restaurants 5 km away.

Vous entrez par une baie vitrée qui distribue le salon et la cuisine, l'ensemble se situe en rez de cours sur lequel se trouve un espace repas. Accedez à l'étage par l'escalier pentu , vous trouverez une chambre spacieuse dotée de trois ouvertures, ce qui vous permet de profiter d'une vue bien dégagée sur le jardin . La salle de douche et les toilettes sont séparées.

In the center of Champeix, a typical Auvergne village, this fully renovated studio is located on the first floor of a village house with independent entrance. Tourist village close to Besse, Super Besse, Murol, Saint Nectaire and the Auvergne lakes. Market on Friday mornings all year round, and at night on Wednesday evenings in July and August. The studio is close to all shops (bakeries, butcher shop, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, doctor, florist, press, Vival, Intermarché...).
