Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Channel Islands

We had a great few days in Marie-Alix's house. The house is very unique with a very cool and smart layout with multiple levels. We loved reading our books here!

Very pleasant stay in Lauren's home. Very nice accommodation with a beautiful decoration and a beautiful location. Shops nearby, parks, lakes, and castles. Very pleasant and peaceful stay, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. We'll be happy to go back!

Perfectly located accommodation for visiting the landing beaches, warm hosts had left us lovely touches (fire prepared in the fireplace, candy for the children, ciders for the adults...), everything was perfect!

A relaxing few days in the Brittany countryside. House and surroundings are lovely, Martine is a good host.

We had an amazing time in Kingswear at Sharon’s house. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and with spectacular views from the terrace. There are plenty of walking trails you can reach and at the same time it’s not as busy as the other side of the river. We loved it and hope to stay here again. Thanks Sharon!

A lovely little cottage in Brixham, a mile or so from the beautiful port. Cosy place with everything we needed for a couple of nights. Neighbours windows are facing so not very private, but we enjoyed it.

We came to Paulette's home for 3 days because my partner participated in the historic climb of old motorcycles that took place 15 minutes from the rental in Moyon-Villages. So we were with a vehicle + a trailer and that was no problem. Accommodation exactly as in the photos so no surprises. Clean and tidy house. Very welcoming and warm host. We will surely come back to participate in Moyonnaise so we will take over the rental of Paulette without hesitation. Thank you for everything.

Warm welcome , full of good advice given, very nice and functional house close to the ocean. The hammam and fireplace are great extras. If we decide to return to St Malo, we will choose Dominique's house again.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely flat. It was situated in an ideal location for both the Hoe/seafront and the city centre. The flat was well equipped and warm and the parking space was a real bonus. William was attentive , asking us if we had arrived safely and if everything was okay. He responded immediately when we had a minor problem. The welcome goodies were much appreciated. Thank you, we will be visiting again.

Very good stay! The host was responsive and clear in his explanations, which made check-in and stay very easy. The environment is quiet and pleasant, perfect for relaxing. The listing is as described, no complaints. I would highly recommend it!

Very clean and very spacious apartment in a very peaceful area, in the heart of the upper town and very close to the more commercial area. The apartment is also very bright. The little more convenient: fresh bread deposit right next door at the tobacconist, very nice and pleasant neighborhood atmosphere. The nearby sea.

A tastefully decorated apartment with magnificent views of the harbor and its hustle and bustle. It is very well equipped and offers with extra towels and blankets everything for personal comfort. Marie was very communicative. Sometimes a loud hum, which was probably caused by the ventilation/air conditioning of the restaurant below the apartment, but only at the rather shorter opening hours of the restaurant (until 10 pm and not every evening). Otherwise, you didn't notice anything disturbing from the restaurant. Overall a recommended apartment.

Catherine is very welcoming and the place is very good

We have been coming to Granville for 3 years and for the second time to Frédérique's and not the last time. Frédérique is a wonderful hostess, everything is simple and so well thought out. The apartment is in the very center, large, tastefully decorated and wonderfully equipped but the most important thing is that you really feel welcomed thanks to Frédérique's attention, from aromatic herbs to rhubarb jam to shampoo, everything is done with warmth and talent. We had no difficulty and if necessary, I have no doubt that the solution would have been found with Frédérique. Finally, the value for money is very good. From now on, Granville rhymes with Frédérique. We will be back.

We loved our stay at Chrystèle's place, the accommodation is spotless, clean and functional. Chrystèle is welcoming, smiling & friendly very happy with our short stay at her place. Despite the rain we had a pleasant stay in this rental where the setting was worked with care (furniture, light fixtures and heathered paintings). The children really enjoyed the treehouse and picked up the chestnuts from the large garden. We needed the fires in the fireplace that we especially love in the fall. For the rest, the rental is well located (close to the beach, site visits, rather quiet area).

Very nice house, all wood. We particularly liked the indoor pool, very convenient for Breton weather;) Very easy communication with the owner and with Joelle, who manages the house. I recommend!

We had a great stay with the family. The accommodation is very well thought out and very pleasant. Our kids were able to fully enjoy the outdoors and games suitable for their ages. The Jacuzzi allows you to have a good time relaxing at the end of the day. The pretty bicoque is right next to the beach and restaurants. Morgane and Maxime are super responsive and very friendly. And finally, we had a very pleasant time! In short it was great, we will be back.

Our stay at Colette's house was perfect! We took full advantage of the large garden just steps from the beach.Thanks!

Augustin was very approachable and helped when my daughter was poorly. Answered lots of questions before arrival. Lovely, quiet rural area. Pool was a complete winner. Garden large. Lots of space for children to run around. Beaches were always quiet and vast. We liked the local World War II museum, bakery, bicuiterie and beach bar. All about 20 mins walk or drive and find an easy parking space. If you are taking small children (the house has a great cot), I would advise to take a high chair and a stair gate. We did and it was handy to have. A lovely, sunny week in France. Thanks Augustin….

A peaceful stay surrounded by nature cut off from everything. The house is very close to big cities to rest and visit. Lots of quality amenities for a dream stay, thank you so much to Dominique and Sylvain for this beautiful week!!

Very spacious house and very peaceful area. Beautiful outdoor terrace. Good communication with Agnes who was very attentive.

We had a great weekend, unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the pool because of the time it did during our stay! The house was perfect for six adults and a child, a large living room and space for everyone! We were very well hosted by Virginia, she was attentive and available. A beautiful area to visit!
