Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Founded by the canons of the cathedral around 1157, the Petit-St-Nicolas Hospice was the first hospital in Troyes. Since 1996, the building and its chapel have been classified as a historic monument. On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a tv lounge area. On the same level, you have one bedroom, one shower room and one toilet. Upstairs there are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.
