Our happy place is a 5 minute walk to Berkshire East/Thunder Mountain . An 8 minute walk to the Deerfield River for guided fishing tours with Hilltown Anglers, kayaks, ,whitewater rafting. 10 minute walk to town and shuttle for tubing. A 5 minute drive to local wedding venues. We provide a full kitchen with all cooking essentials, a private picnic area with charcoal grill (charcoal provided). We reside at the single family home on property and we’re excited to share our Suite 23 !

Unique People & Pet-Welcoming Haven

Your own gracious living space with very well equipped kitchen, private deck, entrance, garden, country roads for dog walks, forests, meadows, mountain streams, stone walls, tranquility. The cottage is attached to the main house but is a "separate" entity and again has its own private entrance as mentioned above. No smoking in the cottage please but on the deck just fine. Lounge on the stone terrace, under the stars, by a cozy fire, near the garden. 35 min to Northampton, 35 min to MassMoca, 10 min to Berk. East. Pellet stove, Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, streaming options, and cell coverage. Fully outfitted kitchen with home made granola, and assorted beverages. Two hybrid bikes available for use. This spacious studio apartment is located in the former Swedish Congregational Church in historic Swedeville, a secluded hilly neighborhood built by Swedish immigrants in the 1800's. For years it housed Rick and Liza’s stained glass studio, which they have now lovingly and creatively transformed into a residence. The rental is minutes from the interstate and one mile from downtown Brattleboro, but the neighborhood has a rural and somewhat European flavor to it.

This space is a Large Studio Apartment in the Bonus Room above the Garage of a large log home overlooking Berkshire East Mountain Resort. Guests have shared access to the hot tub, deck, fire pit barbecue area and limited access to host's laundry facilities. You'll have sole access to the bonus room, deck & grill and full private bath. Space is comfy and charming, accessible from a private staircase or spiral into the main house's entrance hall.
