This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

Place was absolutely adorable! We loved the fireplace. It was so nice sitting in front of it. Hosts would answer questions when we asked about the area. Very accommodating and only 15 minutes from Old Quebec. Make sure you take a drive around the island get definitely stop at the chocolate shop. Our favorite grocery store was IGA….the pastry’s were amazing. We definitely would come back and stay here if given the chance to do so. Thank you, Gary & Lisa

Great value for money. Everything that made a pleasant stay was available: coffee, soap, extra sheet, equipped kitchen, etc.

Had a lovely evening and a night at Suite Rigel. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Patrick: everything was very clean, well appointed and really comfortable. We see that the host put a lot of heart into making the place welcoming and convenient. I found everything I needed, and more! The location was perfect for me: close to everything, but in a quiet corner. A big thank you also to my host for his kindness and availability. It's certain that if I come back to the area, I'll come back here without hesitation. I would recommend to anyone looking for a warm place to feel at home.

I stayed here one night while I was on a long trip. It was just lovely. I hope I can come back next time with my family and stay longer.

Maude’s family home was beautiful. It had everything we needed for our 6 day trip with plenty of towels, kitchen equipment and comfy beds in a clean home. The pool was clean and well maintained and our sons loved the basketball and football as well as table hockey. There is a fire pit down by a shallow river where we enjoyed smores. It is a peaceful home that is private and not overlooked. Maude’s parents are discreet and friendly. Maude gave us some great recommendations for food nearby and we enjoyed Archibald’s in nearby Lac Beauport and La Bubbe Boutique in Saint Brigitte de Laval. There is an IGA supermarket nearby for food. The location is excellent, we were nearby the Jacques Cartier river where we went rafting with Expeditions Nouvelle and also visited the Huron Wendat reservation in Wendake. Very nice stay in Quebec City. Very well located house with a magnificent view of the river and Ile d 'Orléans. Comfortable rooms and well equipped kitchen. We would recommend it.

The place is exactly as described and as soon as we arrive, we feel good. The places are very clean and the hosts have thought of small details so that we have a great experience. The place is close to everything, really a favorite for this place, I recommend it and I will not hesitate to rent this place again.

We enjoyed our stay at Charlotte’s place. The apartment is on a side street, so we were able to find a spot to park while we unloaded the car. The space is clean, spacious and well equipped. The location is super, there are lots of cafes, restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walk. Vieux-Quebec is about 20 minutes away on foot, with interesting shops, historic sites along the way. Perfect location, spectacular city.

The stay was great! The apartment was lovely and had everything we need. Coralie and Mélina communicated quickly as well. The only thing is that the area is a bit less safe at night, so it might be something to consider if you are traveling with family or alone.

The apartment was exactly as described, very clean, and nicely decorated. It is the middle floor of the building but we did not hear any noise from the other units. Jean-Francois was a great host, providing quick responses to questions and many recommendations for local places to visit. It was easy to walk to Old Quebec City from the apartment. We were unfortunately only able to stay 1 night instead of the planned 2 due to a snow storm but will definitely come back to stay here when we return to Quebec City!

We had a wonderful stay at Élise and Pierre-Luc's place. The place is comfortable, well equipped and beautiful. Easy to gain access to, parking is easy even in winter. Very good proximity to tourist places, 15-20 min for Quebec City or Ile d 'Orléans, 10 min for Montmorency or Sainte Anne de Beaupré Falls and the ski resort only 30 minutes away. This is really the right place to visit the Quebec City area quietly.

Dave met us outside the place and gave us a brief tour and fabulous suggestions. We had a blizzard blow in during our stay and Dave was a great help with parking and suggestions for how to make the most of the city. The street is a bit busy, but that’s because it’s so accessible to the old quarter. If you’re willing to walk a bit it’s very convenient to get to Frontenac, a park with ice skating, and XC skiing, running, or cycling along the River. St. Joseph around the corner has a great market and several eateries and fun spots for drinks only 5-10 away. We had a great stay despite the blizzard!

The place was pristine and exactly as described, and the host was quick to respond when needed and overall great communication. This made out stay in Quebec City enjoyable and easier and more convenient than expected. We highly recommend Laurie's place to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Emma is an available and responsive host. the listing is as described. The city center is a 1/2 hour walk, which is quite good for those who like to walk. I would recommend Emma's accommodation.

place was located at bottom of the hill directly across from the chair fabulous 👌 location and a beautiful condo very clean and was full of everything you need!!!

They are pleasant hosts who are very responsive, quick response to messages It's for us become a tradition it's our 3rd year when we kind of end our ski season by enjoying their spa location also very much appreciated after a beautiful day on the slopes

Clean and beautiful view. Good location. 20 minutes driving from Old Quebec City. 13 minutes driving to Montmorency Falls. Nice place to stay.

Amazing place!! It's easy to get into, super safe, and spacious. They were extremely responsive and flexible. The place was exactly like it was in the pictures. It's a very short uber to anywhere you'd like to go. I will note that there are 3 bedrooms downstairs, but one of the bedrooms is on the main floor and doesn't have a door, only a curtain and it's right next to the dining room.

The hosts were outstanding. The condo was clean, spacious, and well-located, making it very walkable. I highly recommend staying there and would return.

We had a great time with the family at this place. Everything was in line with the photos, very clean and neat. The place is spacious and has a nice view (weather permitting). We really enjoyed the speaker in the stay which offered jazz music and had great sound. We really enjoyed staying on Île d 'Orléans and being able to discover the island and not stay in the center of Quebec City. We advise you to take a tour of the island to see the typical Canadian houses, to switch to the chocolate factory and the nougaterie for a little sweet break. We also really enjoyed eating in the sugar shack on the Blauin farm. Maxime was very responsive and gave a lot of information about the accommodation, parking, entrance, different facilities (maybe even too much information -> very long emails and lots of info to read). We would recommend this listing for a quiet stay in nature.
