Welcome to our classic Berlin style apartment. Start your day with a walk around the lake, grab a coffee next door, go shopping on Kurfürstendamm or visit the famous Schaubühne theatre - all within 15min walking distance. You live in the heart of West Berlin with zoo and opera close by and excellent access to public transport. You will be staying in the guest area of our larger Berlin home, but all privately while we travel. If you have any questions we are however only a message away.

This beautiful bright, cozy 1-room apartment is located on the 5th floor in an apartment building with elevator directly at the Charlottenburg Castle Park. The apartment has a living, dining and sleeping area with adjoining balcony, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is rented fully equipped for the time when I am not in Berlin. It is otherwise inhabited by myself and therefore contains everything you need - utensils, spices, oils, laundry detergent, ...

You stay in a separate 50qm-part of our large apartment with your own entrance, living-kitchen, bath, living-floor and 1 sleep-living room in an old 1906 building. Children are welcome . Charlottenburg-castle is very close with it's wonderfull garden. A perfect place for couples (with one child).
