Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 2Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 5 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

Das erste Zimmer ist abschließbar mit Boxspringbett. Zudem gibt es ein geschlossenes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Im Flur steht ein Schuhschrank. Im zweiten Zimmer befindet sich ein weiteres Boxspringbett, ein zweiter neuer Flachbildfernseher, ein Esstisch für vier Personen und eine offene Küche.

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
