Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Wenn Sie Ruhe suchen als Urlauber nach Besuch der wuseligen Großstadt bzw. nach der der Arbeit oder dem Praktikum, sind Sie bei uns genau richtig. In unserem Garten vor dem Bungalow können Sie in der warmen Jahreszeit den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen und genießen die Stille, das Vogelgezwitscher und das Plätschern unseres Gartenbrunnens. S-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Bus sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Nur 30 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 2Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 5 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Your stay with us will be carbon neutral, since we fully compensate our emissions. The apartment hosts up to three adults or two adults with children.
