Middle Pond Cabin- Direct ATV & Snowmobile Access

Welcome to the Middle Pond Cabin! This cozy, waterfront cabin is centrally located to all of Pittsburg's amenities. It has direct access to the Great North Woods' vast snowmobile and ATV trails. Middle Pond is an 8 acre, stocked pond that is loaded with trout and other wildlife that call it home. The cabin has three bedrooms (all with queen size beds), a fantastic kitchen, and a beautiful living room / sun room. The cabin also has a back-up Generac generator for the occasional winter storm!

Large windows offer a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, and in the distance, we can see the tip of Lac Mégantic.

This is the perfect place to get away. It is bordered by a small stream with a beautiful waterfall. It's a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Montagne de Marbre and Monts Mégantic, Gosford, Saddle and Urban are nearby. Mountain biking and snowmobiling enthusiast? You have direct access to the trails.

MONT CHALET in the 1st Dark Sky Reserve 🌠

Mont Chalet is located in Estrie in the small village of La Patrie. About fifteen minutes from Mont-Mégantic National Park. This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. One visit and you'll be charmed. Come and admire the starry sky 🌟

Quiet 100-acre forest estate

In summer, the cottage becomes a true refuge in the heart of nature. Nestled in a private estate of over 100 acres, it is surrounded by forest, greenery, the Appalachians and two artificial ponds not intended for swimming. On site, you can walk the trails, enjoy the days outdoors, and then end the day around a fire outside or on the terrace. It's the perfect place to unwind, get together with family or friends, and enjoy the tranquility of nature.

The cottage is located on a private 800-acre estate giving access to mountain trails close to the U.S. border and the federal snowmobile trail, as well as the border trail. Possibility to practice walking in the forest, snowshoeing and snowmobiling off-trail in our private trails.
