Enjoy this fabulous 280 m2, comfortable, tastefully decorated place with the whole family. You will be dazzled by the diversity of the garden, the flowers, the fruits, the birdsong... The pool area and its deckchairs at the bottom of the garden and for the more athletic and brave… punching ball, darts, basketball hoop and ping pong table are at your disposal.

The beautiful cities of Les Sables d'Olonne and Talmont are accessible in 15 minutes by bike. Available with the rental are 2 adult bikes and a baby carrier, a paddle board, a barbecue. Great for a stay for families or groups of friends looking for peace, leisure and relaxation by the sea.

Ground floor apartment, facing the sea & marina (sleeps 4)

The accommodation, which is located on the ground floor (rdj), can accommodate up to 5 people but reasonably, it is better at 4 max. In a quiet environment, facing the marina and the sea, one is disturbed only by the gulls, and/or the rattling of the masts of the boats, under the wind breezes. The apartment is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Close to Le Veillon beach by the coastal path (15 min walk). Our pets are allowed except July/August.

This cottage named the loft is part of a large renovated barn composed of 3 cottages overlooking the canals of Sallertaine, 10 km from Saint Jean de Monts and 33 km from the island of Noirmoutier. In addition, a common room for the 3 cottages is open from 8am to 8pm and offers a sauna, pool table and sports equipment. Linens and towels are not provided.

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private.
