This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As we can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140x90 bed with good quality bedding. We have optimized the space to the maximum. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city centre of Château-Gontier. Possibility of parking easily in the street for free.

Welcome to Château-Gontier! Come and rest in this quiet place on the 1st floor of a renovated outbuilding, near our house. Ideal for a business trip, training, wedding... Our courtyard can house your bikes (we are near the Vélo Francette). This home is located near Saint-Rémi Church, Oisillière Park and the towpath: you can take beautiful walks! Bakery 200 m away. I'm here to help with any questions!

Cozy little home in charming little village

Small cozy apartment on a quiet street. The village is located on the banks of Sarthe with its small port, its lock and its open-air café! The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.

You will be welcome in my apartment, We live right next door. I decorated and arranged it with great pleasure. I hope you feel good about it. I wanted to make it welcoming, bright and comfortable. It has two disadvantages: access is via a narrow spiral staircase so it's not always easy with big suitcases. Despite the insulation it can be hot in summer because it is under the eaves.

Enjoy an apartment in the heart of Laval, on a lively but quiet street on the courtyard side. Located close to all shops, the train station (15 min walk) as well as the historic center. You will be accommodated in our comfortable home with an equipped kitchen, a living room with a cozy sleeping area. Warning to tall people, the ceiling could tickle your hair (2 m high ceiling).

Very nice apartment with gontier castle for longer or shorter stays, a day/night or more... You can visit the "Refuge de l 'arche" (animal park) Near the river ,on the way to the "françette a vélo" ideal for walks. Easy to park and very close to downtown Bakery at the bottom of the building . Nice green park just behind the building.

Pour le travail ou le loisir, faites une halte au gîte du Lavoir et détendez-vous dans ce charmant studio à deux pas de l'Oudon. Dans un environnement calme et bucolique.
