Stayed at Michael’s for three days and felt at home. Michael is very responsive and extremely accommodating. The flat is a short walk to the town centre and great restaurants and bars. The accommodation was clean and safe. Would highly recommend this place

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment and its location are perfect for experiencing Nice. The communication was fast and leading. We felt very comfortable as a family (2 adults and 2 children).

Stayed here for a week with my partner and 5 month old whilst visiting family in Nice and this place ticked all the boxes. Central location - which was ideal for us walking with the pram . We also had the fallback option of the tram line close by as well. Plenty of shops / restaurants near by. Very spacious & clean apartment , plus the view from the balcony was stunning 🤩

An expansive terrace not overlooked with breathtaking views of the sea and the city, day or night. A beautiful property in a private street, away from the hustle and bustle. A functional and friendly apartment.

I wanted to thank Alena who was a perfect host. We booked this villa for my wife's birthday. Alena left us a message and a little gift on this occasion. The villa is very pretty and has a very well maintained garden. She made sure we could enjoy the pool by heating it to 28 degrees. This stay was great. She was proactive in what we might need and always very responsive. Thank you again for this wonderful stay.

Everything was as described in the property listing and in the reviews made by other guests and it isn’t going to disappoint you! This is just the right place for you if you’re looking for a peaceful accommodation in walking distance to the beach, the city and the train station in Juan-Les-Pin. If you don’t feel like going to the beach, you can take the 36 steps (or was it 37) to the pool, where you can enjoy the pool shared with some other people in the gated community. Most of the time we had the area for ourselves and sometimes there was lots of life, but never overcrowded. Close to the property you will find an excellent bakery, a very good fish store as well as a grocery and several butchers. I got only good things to say about our host, Maike. She is very responsive and does everything to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible.

Absolutely wonderful villa! Absolutely perfect for families and children! So close to the beach and in such a peaceful setting! We absolutely loved our stay!

We had a lovely stay at Angelica’s place. Everything was as described. The communal pool was a great addition to the accommodation and we loved the sunny roof terrace in the morning.

Wiktoria was a very kind host and informed us well. The apartment was very nicely decorated, in boho style. It had everything you needed. From capsule machine to washing machine tablets, beach towels, diving goggles to a cozy lounge. The only drawback was that you had to take the car as soon as you left the facility. And unfortunately, restaurants, shop and the large pool were already closed at the end of Sept. Thank you for the nice stay!

Jurjen is a great host, we had a wonderful time at his place! The Hause was super clean and matched the description. The location is also great. We would loved to come back again sometime!

We stayed in the apartment for the second time this year. That speaks for itself. The apartment offers everything you need. What's great is the spacious covered balcony and the view you can enjoy from it, the vue panoramique. We were also completely satisfied with this stay, including the communication with Nathalie. We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

Cécile's home is carefully decorated and perfect for a couple who love golf. The view and amenities available for this place are absolutely perfect. The host is welcoming and has great tips. Feel free to order the small board to start a vacation that you will remember fondly.

Great stay with girlfriends, home matches photos. Just missing a small welcome kit with sponge, coffee, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper for the first few days.
