Beautiful cosy apartment with amazing view

A very heartfelt thank you to Jane and Antonella for welcoming us to their beautiful apartment in Nice. This space was very cozy and clean, making it feel like home. We appreciated the balcony, fully-equipped kitchen and central location to explore the beautiful La Côte d'Azur. As well, our hosts were very easy to communicate with, which was helpful before and during our trip. We had a great time and highly recommend to other guests looking for a place to stay in Nice. Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The accommodation is impeccably clean! Very well equipped, it really feels like home. Everything was perfect and even more beautiful in real life. Modern apartment, quiet and very good location. Everything is doable on foot. Close to the port , restaurants, bakeries, the beach and Calanque Mugel. Private and secure parking inside the residence. All rooms are air conditioned which is very appreciated and has a very large balcony to enjoy the meals outdoors and the view. Excellent communication, Exceptional in every way. A big thank you to Yannick and Agnès who are great hosts for their kindness and availability. We can't wait to come back. I would recommend 1000% to everyone this place that is just perfect for a stay at La Ciotat . Many thanks again to you for this exceptional stay we come back with lots of stars in our eyes

A simple older house, which is very charming, among other things because it still has many original details from the period of origin such as the beautiful bathrooms with the original tiles, beautiful wooden windows. The layout of Patricia's unit itself, but also the layout of the complex consisting of 4 units with its own swimming pool and covered parking is very clever, the terrace is nicely overgrown, spacious and nicely furnished with beautiful tables, the roof terrace is too hot during the day but a great place to look at the impressive starry sky in the evening. The house is superbly located to the beach, the tropical Parc with the beautiful Palmenallee is simply paradise and very safe. The atmosphere is characterized by very friendly people. In addition, the owners were very helpful. These were great holidays that went way too quickly.

We had a wonderful week staying here, it's so peaceful and quiet but also very close to the beach. The garden and pool are also a perfect place to relax and the garden is private and not overlooked. The house is well equipped and also very homely, with plenty of seating and games. We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

This is a great place to stay if you want to see everything in Nice and the surrounding areas but want to stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting. American travelers should note that there is air conditioning downstairs only and the bedrooms are upstairs; however, the nights were cool enough in early July. Great place to stay and the hosts are very friendly.

Beautiful three story townhome in a quiet neighborhood

We had a wonderful vacation at Martine's place in La Ciotat! Martine and her husband are particularly friendly and very helpful even with a nightly arrival as we had them! The property is lovingly and cozily designed while pursuing an ecological concept in many areas. The kitchen is very spacious and extraordinarily well equipped for all projects (cooking and baking). Due to the good weather, it was also possible for us to use the 19-degree warm pool at the end of October, but also the beach and downtown are within walking distance. Our children also had a lot of fun at the pool and were especially happy about the cats and the numerous games on site. The only negative was the many mosquitoes, but thankfully the beds were equipped with nets for this. We are very appreciative of the nice opportunity and will be happy to come back sometime.

Conveniently located, this home is just perfect! Small + for hot tub. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Wiktoria was a very kind host and informed us well. The apartment was very nicely decorated, in boho style. It had everything you needed. From capsule machine to washing machine tablets, beach towels, diving goggles to a cozy lounge. The only drawback was that you had to take the car as soon as you left the facility. And unfortunately, restaurants, shop and the large pool were already closed at the end of Sept. Thank you for the nice stay!

Jurjen is a great host, we had a wonderful time at his place! The Hause was super clean and matched the description. The location is also great. We would loved to come back again sometime!

We had an amazing stay! Dominik is a very attentive and responsive host. The house is full of character, located in a peaceful and tranquil area. The apartment is clean, cozy, and very warm in winter. The view from the terrace is delightful! We wish to stay longer and would love to return.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

cécile's place is thoughtfully decorated and perfect for a couple in love with golf. The view and amenities available for this listing are absolutely perfect. The host is welcoming and has great tips. Don't hesitate to order the little board to start a vacation of which you will keep a superb memory.
