Vacation rentals with breakfast in Chattahoochee River

I've now stayed on both sides of Cathy's duplex and she's done an amazing job! The place is an older home, so the charm is there, and it has a very quaint feel in a quaint town. Cathy is a great host. Very responsive and considerate. I was traveling alone on NYE and so she left me a bottle of champagne as a welcome gift. The place itself was clean and had all of the necessary tools to make it warm and comfy in the winter. My only complaint is that there wasn't a tv in the bedroom, but I was able to move the one in the living room around. Also, the microwave doesn't get super-hot but it's workable! The water in the home gets HOT which I loved to see in an older home. Def recommend Cathy's place in East Point if you need to be close to the airport, and only 20 mins from the city!

I’m thrilled we found Aunt Helen’s place in Walhalla, SC. Home is perfect for a long weekend with friends and family. You feel at home when you walk in and it’s a very comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time on the porch swing enjoying the perfect weather. Did some walking around Walhalla shopping and eating in local restaurants. Great place to visit we’ll be back. We’ll be back the host are wonderful!!

Do not hesitate for a second to stay at this place if it’s available! The house is so well designed and decorated, and it was incredibly clean. We had three couples staying there, and it was very comfortable - each bedroom (with very comfortable beds!) has its own bathroom. Additionally, Ashley was so great to work with and even had fresh flowers and some welcome treats for our arrival. I highly recommend this place … very convenient to downtown and campus too.

Visiting family, and it was a great to have a place near them that was affordable, and easy to get to! Thank yall!!

Alicia went over and beyond. This is the third time my family has spent approximately a week at this location. Without me telling them, they saw the ages of my children, and made sure there were pack and plays set up for the baby in two separate rooms. The house has a great location, and is cozy, you will feel right at home. My children love the spot and see it as a home away from home at this point. I have used AirBNBs for years, but will continue to use Alicia's spot. If you have children I highly encourage this location.

I was traveling with my Parents who are in their 80's and my brother. One of my brother's daughters lives in Newnan and the other is about an hour a way. My parents and bother were very happy with the house and their was enough room for my nices, her spouse, and two children to come visit. The house had everything we needed and was in an ok area. We were traveling from Ohio and arrived after dark their was no numerals on the mailbox and their address on the porch was hard to see from the street. Definitley need a bright front porch light. My parents are selling some property they own up near Jasper and if we have to return we would definitly rent this house again.

A wonderful place for family to stay and spread out while we were in Gainesville for FRC Robotics competition. The beds were very comfortable, great mattresses and pillows. We didn't use the kitchen except for breakfast since we were on the go a lot. the refrigerator is not a full size which didn't bother us ; it was perfect for keeping sodas chilled and milk ready for breakfast. The bathrooms were very nice. One bathroom is rather small if you are a large man like my husband but the other shower was roomy. We even saw deer in the backyard. it was only 9 minutes from the venue and close to stores and gas stations as well. The neighborhood felt very safe.

This was the cleanest Airbnb in which we have ever stayed. From the big backyard, to the home gym, to the towel warmer in the master bathroom, everything was well thought out and organized. The hosts were very responsive and took time to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I cannot wait to book again!

Richard’s place was just what we needed for our stay. Great location to get in and out of downtown Atlanta. 5 minutes from Downtown Decatur with excellent restaurants (highly recommend The Brick Store Pub and Deer & Dove). Private, quiet and clean. Staying at the artist’s home was quite a unique experience having an art gallery throughout the home. Also, when arriving back after our day we had fresh oranges in bag at the front door greeting us back. Thanks Richard! Will definitely be on our shortlist for future Atlanta visits.

Melodie's place is a slice of heaven if you're looking for a peaceful hobby farm retreat. Around every corner were new discoveries whether the beauty of the landscape or the animals in their various living spaces around the property (horses, cows, chickens, couple friendly cats, and sweet welcoming dog Shelby). If you have time for a walk to the woods you'll be treated to a bubbling brook w a bench beside it for some contemplative time, not to mention flowers to gaze at all along way. We hadn't really been aware of the sauna (maybe it's in the listing and we missed it) but it's an incredible treat if you can find time one evening to check it out. There's even more than the exterior beauty and sauna treat, but I'll let you discover some surprises on your own. Ideally, you'll spend several days so you can take it all in. Melodie's family incl husband + kids were so nice + made us feel at home. Our stay was A+++ and we hope to return. Worth driving a little farther for this GEM.

Absolutely beautiful home! Very private and quiet location. We stayed for a few days and had everything we needed. Hosts provided lots of snacks, drinks, and a very well stocked coffee station. The place was SPOTLESS! Smelled great inside (and outside thanks to all the pretty plants and flowers). We even got a personal welcome note and vase of flowers on the counter when we arrived. We briefly met Chris and Valerie when we got there and they were super kind and welcoming. Could not recommend this stay enough!!

Our family of four had a great stay at Brad's place. It was a great base for exploring Chattanooga and close to so much. We loved being able to walk right into the neighboring park for hiking. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all four of us without feeling crowded.

Great place, right around the corner from my daughter. I'll definitely book it again.

This has been our “home away from home” for the past four years. We have stayed here so many times, including all of our Easter breaks. Our son is graduating from SWU in less than two weeks. We will miss our time visiting Eagles Rest.

We thankfully were able to return to Ange's BnB just before the Thanksgiving holiday and catch up on some needed R&R, and just like our first time, we felt such joy and comfort and our stay really helped us have an incredible vacation. Ange and her human + fur companions are truly all sweethearts and they could charge us extra for their wonderful hugs, but their generosity knows no bounds among all the other spoils they provide. The gift alone of her mouthwatering culinary spoils would be worth the trip, but the oasis she's created too nourishes our hearts and spirits, especially for everyone in our family, which is no small feat given everyone's preferences, dietary constraints, and disability challenges yet she somehow does it all. Sincerely, if you have the opportunity to arrange a stay at Ange's, don't hesitate and prepare yourself for the multitude of spoils! Thank you Ange & co!!!

The Brady Inn was the most lovely bed and breakfast to stay in. My only regret was I wanted more time to stay there! Gorgeous, safe, and a delicious breakfast. Dot is a gem and we can't wait to go back soon! Highly recommend.

Gavron was an amazing host. She answered any and all questions promptly. Her place is very nice, comfortable, relaxing, quiet and clean, just as the photos depict. We had a wonderful stay. The location is convenient to west mid-town dinning, and not far from Virginia Highlands and Piedmont Park, all our favorite areas. Thank you Gavron ! We will be back next time we visit Atlanta.

This was our second time staying at this location. We chose it again because it's close to EVERYTHING we need. Very hospitable, quiet, clean, and safe. We arrived late, and knew we'd need snacks. When our host asked if we needed anything sent to our room... AS A MATTER OF FACT, YES!?! There was fresh fruit, yogurt, and cheese placed in the fridge. Baked muffins, pretzels, and snack cakes on our table. We appreciated it all!! I especially loved the text message from housekeeping with the photos of our snacks and their placement! The lights were all on as well. Felt like home. I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you, thank you!

Very clean place, has everything you need, nice view out the back, and thoughtful touches throughout. I appreciate the games indoor and out for all ages to play, that was a nice surprise. I would like to go back in the fall when we can spend more time outdoors and see the colorful foliage surrounding the area.

We have really enjoyed stay @ Lindsy’s place. It had served us well on short trip to Greenville. Especially I liked morning refreshments, coffee and bagels with cream cheese, as complimentary addition to our stay. A+++
