Amazing place! The cottage is awesome and very peaceful, tucked way back in the woods. You are surrounded by farm animals, and if you'd like, each morning you can help feed and water them all! Kat is an amazing host and extremely fun and helpful. 100% will book and visit again. Highly recommend. Thank you again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Joy's little house. We wanted to be north of Atlanta to visit different family and also get to Atlanta for some tourists attractions like the zoo and aquarium. We thought it was easy to get into the city and centrally located to our family. The place was perfect for our family of 4 and had extra touches making it feel more like a high end hotel than a traditional AirBNB. We loved driving in and out of the house and seeing the horses running free and the home is on an absolutely beautiful piece of property. My kids loved the space upstairs so much also. I would highly recommend this location. We did meet Joy and she was so friendly and nice.

It was a wonderful stay! The boys loved the place and getting to swim and see the animals around the property! Host was super communicative and would definitely stay again.

Ruth & Bob are great hosts and always make us feel welcome when visiting Due West. This trip was wonderful per usual. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fishing, and golf cart rides around the farm with our golden doodle (Bella).

First of all, let me start with saying that Margaret is an absolutely FANTASTIC host. I messed up my departure date and didn’t realize it until the day of, after check out time (first time that has ever happened to me, horrible!😭) and she was SO HELPFUL, so understanding and just the absolute best!!❤️❤️❤️ Margaret’s place is very cute and neat. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need (the big Christmas mugs were my favorite!). I loved all the fluffy blankets and the electric fireplace was a nice touch too, since it was really cold this week. The view over the mountains and pastures is really pretty too and the house is very centrally located, close to Franklin but in a quiet area.

It is a tiny house on a cute plot of land in a great location very clean and quaint. I was with my girlfriend, it was just what we needed... more than 2 people would have been cramped but it's possible.

Very lovely cabin, extremely peaceful with great amenities ! I had a good time here. The decor is nice. Despite a few things, such as that the cabin does look slightly bigger in the photos + there are a few other cabins/homes in view (expected it to be a lot more isolated/private), I still rate this a 5/5! The cabin is in range of plenty other northern cities or even other states! It was great to be able to walk down the road to see the horses, and then further down some friendly goats and cows!

My family and I loved the place! We loved everything about our stay. It was so peaceful and the beds were oh so comfortable!!!! Definitely was a great birthday experience for me. We will definitely be back!

A peaceful and private countryside escape just minutes from Ooltewah! This stay was everything we hoped for—quiet, charming, and full of character. Cynthia was incredibly accommodating, even with our last-minute booking. If you’re looking for an authentic Tennessee homestead experience, this is it. The goats (and their loyal guard dog, Sampson) were an absolute delight—feeding them treats was such a fun touch. One of our favorite memories was watching our daughter on the big tree swing and our dog exploring the fenced yard as the sun set. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful loft is equipped with all you need. The bed was so comfortable, awoke resting and ready for another long drive. stayed here before and will definitely stay again if available.

The barn loft is very well appointed and located on a working farm with a small pasture. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Communications were great throughout. I would definitely stay there again.

Came to stay for an event at Red Clay Resort which is literally across the street. The location is beautiful and peaceful. I will certainly try to go here again the next time the event is held. Thank you for being g a great host, Dakota!

Christi and her family were the best hosts. We have stayed in several Airbnbs, and this has surpassed any of ours stays. The family gave you privacy, but made it fully aware that if you needed them they would be close by. There were many family friendly games available (which we loved), plenty of farm animals to watch, every amenity we could think of, the air cooled well, the shower had amazing water pressure/heat, and so much more! We added on the farm tour, which was perfect. We even got to bottle feed a cow! Christi was extremely easy to talk to, and her kids were very kind and welcoming as well! (We hate we missed you, Justin!) We fully plan on coming back (and know we can pack much lighter next time. Seriously everything you need is there!)

Arlene and Jimmy are friendly and gracious hosts. Three of us rented the place for a couple months while working in the area. They cleaned for us every two weeks and took out our trash weekly. Met all of our needs and easy to work with. The house is secluded but close to many things. It is a great home to escape to after a hard day’s work.

Stayed for three months while work was happening on our house. It was as close to feeling like home as it could have been. Loved sitting outside in the rocking chairs or around the fire pit (that I now need to buy one like it lol). Beds were very comfortable and it had everything needed. Hated to leave and would stay again if needed

Super great place. Very quiet with nice scenery. Feels very homey and like I could live here. Might be mice in the attic or I’m just paranoid from the squirrels that were in my own attic at home. Really nice having a smart tv and internet. I would come back for sure

We rent AirBNB several times a year, this is going in the books for our very favorite one! Pam & her husband are super nice, had great recommendations. The house adorable, the property beautiful ! I can't say enough good! We'll be back!

As soon as you step in the door you feel at home. This cottage is just the right size for a couple or a family with 2 kids. The decor made you feel as if at any moment you would turn and see Grandma or Grandpa. The bed was so cozy and comfy. The WiFi was super fast. The hot water was instant. Overall you will not be disappointed with picking this cottage. Perfect location to EVERYTHING. We enjoyed just driving around and seeing the sites. We did enjoy a visit to a winery right down the road and then some evening shopping on main. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Pack your clothes and grab what ya need from the store and you won’t want to leave this beautiful cottage. And if you are lucky enough to be there when it rains…you will lullabied to sleep in the softest and gentlest way. We will for sure visit again.

Stayed at Sandra's place while visiting family in Rome ,which is about 20 minute drive away. Home was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable located in peaceful rural setting. Enjoyed seeing the animals in pasture. Was a pleasure to meet Sandra and husband. Our visit was in last week of December ,hope to visit again in future when landscape is in bloom and pool is open.

We were in our hometown for our 55th high school reunion from Robert E Lee. Another couple shared the cabin with us. The guys had a great time fishing and the girls went shopping. Lily Jane was my favorite store. We'd stay there again!!!

We felt at home! Rachel was on top of any need we may have. I took my 85 year old grandmother with me, Rachel checked on Granny several times to make sure she was comfortable with everything. We really appreciated her making sure we were comfortable and pleased with everything. Rachel was a great host! We couldn't be more pleased. The family is planning a trip in October. We will be staying there again if it’s available. If you are looking for a peaceful place to spend the weekend, I would most definitely recommend staying here.
