Great place, peaceful, beautiful lake view, beautiful place to recharge, a beautiful path in the woods with the beautiful colors of autumn wowww, the cottage is super beautiful, clean and welcoming, our host Chantal is very nice, and always there to answer all our questions! We loved spending Christmas here. What a nice surprise to find a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. We left a fun ornament to add to the tree. A little touch of Sanibel Island Florida.

Great family stay with the visit that came from Belgium . Beautiful cooconing cottage, everything was super clean, organized and tidy , with lots of small touches that made us feel at home.... soothing and relaxing place, so eager to discover the place in another season and be able to enjoy the lake!! nice moments spent around the outside fire... and a special thank you to hosts for last minute flexibility, it was much appreciated!! We had a fantastic stay! We took full advantage of all the kitchen appliances such as the fondue pot, Keurig machine, water heater, etc. The hot tub was perfect and the outdoor lighting was a great touch! Beds were comfy and the projector was a bonus. Fantastic spot and good distance from Quebec City!

We could not have chosen a better place than Réjean's chalet to celebrate Christmas with our family. We've been renting airbnb's for many years, but this was the most peaceful and fully-stocked rental we've ever come across. The owners thought of everything to make our stay cozy and inviting. Réjean made sure we had everything we needed ahead of our stay. The beds were comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the surroundings were picturesque. We would go snowshoeing in the woods and enjoy a nice wood-burning fireplace and hot chocolate when we got back. And our boys loved sliding on the slope! We couldn't imagine a better spot for our family of 7 and hope to come back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paradis! We felt at home here in this welcoming cottage with the wonderful view. Minette is a sweet loving little girl- she stole our hearts from the get-go. We hiked many trails in Jacques Cartiers National Park, we walked the ancient forest trail at Mont Wright Park, kayaked in Marais de Nord, and spent 2 days at home puttering, cooking, and admiring the view of the river. We were 2 families and the chalet is very functional. Kids loved the playroom. Only downside, in the bedroom on the first level, it is particularly cold and with the wood provided, it is impossible to heat the chalet. We had to go into town to buy some. To avoid situations outside your responsibility, I would advise you to check that the diffusers are properly inserted into the power outlet. Despite these two inconveniences, we had a lovely stay.

It was a lovely space to wait out the snow storm. Beautiful cottage and area.

The house is very cozy and in an excellent location. The sun comes up over the St. Lawrence in the morning and the neighborhood is very quiet and private. The house has a home feel to it versus a sterile hotel room feel. Thank you for a nice stay!

As mentioned earlier, the place was lovely. The view of the river was breathtaking. The house was also beautiful... warm and cozy. I've never rented an Airbnb with so many services offered...coffees, accessories...entertainment options. Jean-Luc was proactive and responsive to our questions. Plus, we were even offered a welcome gift. I would recommend this place without hesitation for people who want to escape from the city and enjoy a magical and welcoming place.

The location is perfect, the cottage is warm and friendly. We felt at ease. The people present said that it was a very good choice of cottage and that they were thinking of renting it again during the summer season.

The place is wonderful and scenic, especially the backyard with a jacuzzi, mountain views, and a flowing river. The vicinity is calm and peaceful—perfect for a serene morning view.

Our Valentine’s weekend took an unexpected turn when our original Airbnb canceled on us after check-in, leaving us stranded. But thanks to Airbnb’s support team, we found Chalet La-Berge Du Lac—and oh my god, were we lucky! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The chalet is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly cozy. The jacuzzi was simply amazing, the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Though it was winter and the lake was frozen, we could see they offer kayaks, outdoor activities, and even ice fishing—which I wish I had known about earlier! The place has everything you need—a spacious layout, plenty of amenities like a BBQ, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, and so much more. The hosts were exceptional—super friendly and always available whenever we had a question. Communication was seamless, and the check-in/check-out process was effortless. We will definitely be back!!
