Vacation rentals with a patio in Chaudière River

What a great place! We stayed two nights and were very comfortable. It’s small, but adorable and has everything you need! The neighbourhood is absolutely gorgeous, surrounded by beautiful homes and mature trees. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Quebec City. Great stay. We enjoyed the little touches (sugar, coffee and tea available, as well as the capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher. Just a small downside for the bedding a little soft for our taste, but it's still worth a 5-star rating. We would recommend this listing without any hassle.

Everything was spotless! David was very responsive when we needed (for the entrance to the accommodation, to make sure everything was okay, for the different guidelines. The perfect apartment for our needs. Well equipped and clean. Well located. Shops and restaurants nearby. Parking is really a plus. We'll definitely go back!

The place was great and well stocked. Probably the most stocked place I have on Airbnb. The place is close to all the attractions and relatively safe. The host is amazing and extremely responsive.

Lesya place was a great place to stay very close to Old Quebec, either by ferrie or car. The place was super clean and confty! Definetly recommended if need a relax place close to Old Quebec.

We had a great time with the family and particularly enjoyed the amazing view. Public transport is close and very regular even on Sundays. Don't hesitate.

Enjoyed our stay right in town with access to everything! Loved the simplicity of the home, the green plants and especially the bathroom - large tub and wide shower head! We enjoyed the snowy weather too. Gorgeous surroundings!

We are going for work so we did not really enjoy the place but we will definitely go back to enjoy it better. The house was really beautiful and cozy, intimate too. The spas at the top bedroom is a plus. The host was really quick to respond if I had questions. I would recommend this Airbnb. We loved it 😇

Nicolas place is a very cosy, clean and well appointed condo. Nicely located with quick access to both downtown Quebec and surroundings.

Beautiful building; clean, modern, comfortable apartment. Mathieu provided me with clear explanations that made my arrival easier. He was also very understanding of me and provided unexpected support… human!!

This was our first trip to Montreal, definitely won’t be our last. The size of the place was perfect for my partner and myself. It was very clean, the shower setup was amazing. I think the bathroom had heated floors. It was the perfect spot, not too far from the places we wanted to see. The host was very responsive and very detailed with their instructions . We only stayed a couple nights, next time we’ll plan on staying a full week. This is the first listing I added a star next to, so the next time we visit this will be the first spot we reach out to. Definitely recommending this place to friends and family.

! The location was ideal—right in the heart of Old Quebec, within walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants, and cafés. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the living space was both stylish and inviting. My kids absolutely loved it! There was plenty of space for them to relax, and the setup was very family-friendly.

Great place good location and super close for the parking

The check in was very easy thanks to pictures and explanations. The apartment was quiet and clean. Coffee was provided! It was an easy 30 minute walk to Old Quebec City. Elise was very responsive… the place suited our needs!

Fantastic place! Great value, very comfy apartment, fabulous location. Absolutely loved the view from the 12th floor roof. Will have to come back once the pool is in season! Alyson gave great instructions and good recommendations in the travel guides she left. All around 10/10 experience!

Would recommend and will probably rebook a 2nd time in the near future
