This house was better than the pictures. It is absolutely amazing- gorgeous and clean. The hosts thought of every possible detail to make our stay special. They are not super hosts - they are Super Duper hosts !! They should teach a class on how to host an air b n b. The house was huge , beds perfectly comfortable, hot tub clean, gym was convenient, tvs everywhere and a working fireplace. There were 9 of us and we still had plenty of room. We all had a relaxing trip- we can’t wait to come back. Hosts responded quickly and were pleasant and helpful. If you have a large group , I don’t think you will find a better house!

A perfect spot for my daughter, grandson and I to stay in my home town to visit family for a few days. The loft is in a great location, extremely comfortable and clean. Sheila provided us with fruit, bread, coffee, tea and other items which surpassed any other Airbnb that I have stayed. I wasn’t able to meet her but communication by text was prompt and friendly! I highly recommend staying here.

This was my family's third stay with Deb. As with prior visits, everything was perfect. There isn't anything that you could possibly need during your visit that hasn't been tucked away somewhere in this rental for your use. The generous and wide array of breakfast and snack items provided is absolutely the cherry on top. As if they could improve on the outdoor amenities, we enjoyed their new patio furniture this visit, and noticed a couple new lawn games. Our daughter has two more years in Ithaca's PT program, so looking forward to returning several more times in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy retreat! The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful, and the peaceful atmosphere was a perfect escape for my family and me. The house was adorable, and we loved spending time by the serene pond, where we even caught some fish! The location was amazing, and we can't recommend this place enough. Tracy’s property is stunning. You can simply sit out and enjoy the views but we took advantage of the lake and spent almost the whole day out on kayaks. It was beautiful. We enjoyed the grill and the huge tv in the living room. Tracy was helpful and attentive. We can’t wait to visit again!

All Star Village Modern Waterfront Luxury Home

Easily accomodated our large group with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the large living room/dining room space for us to gather. Plenty of kitchen equipment for us to prepare meals and loved the extra sink and bar area for food prep. The fake fireplace was great with the temperatures outside below freezing. Lovely back wooded area with the brook to see from the back porch. Hosts were quick to respond and their home was beautiful.

Cape Curveball - A Line Drive to All Star Village

We had the best stay at Cape Curveball while our son played at Cooperstown All Star Village! Sabrina was very responsive before, during, and after our trip, and the home was just perfect for our family! My kids loved the trampoline and I loved the easy access to a washer and dryer, and the proximity to CASV. Truly the best home away from home!

Perfect cabin on the west branch especially for fisherman, walk right the back door and be on a great stretch of wadeable stream, and the boat ramp right down the road was a huge plus. House was very spacious and clean.

Oquaga Lake is my happy place! Twin Oaks is a beautiful and spacious cottage. The porch and the docks are fantastic. We were able to swim and enjoy the paddleboards and kayaks. The water was warm by Oquaga Lake standards! I was very impressed with how well supplied the cottage was. From paper products to cooking utensils and appliances to bath and beach towels, there was everything we needed. It exceeded my expectations. Karen was responsive and helpful. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it.

Our experience at Heywood Manor was nothing less than exceptional. The location, the house along with its amenities combined with a gracious host made it a memorable weekend.
