You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. It is located 450 meters from the imposing Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy and 1 km from the International City of Gastronomy and Wine.
