The cabin was a great place to stay easy to get too easy to get in and out of large driveway area easy to turn around a boat trailer the cabin is literally a five minute drive to the boat ramp. Great access to the lake. The cabin is all one level with no steps or stairs of any kind. My retired friend is in his 70s and commented on how lovely the amenities were great view of the sandhills. Covered screen porch, which included barbecue grill great seating we got rain on a couple of times, but the porch remained dry where you could still sit outside and cook burgers in the evening would recommend everyone would definitely stay there again. Jackie was a very proactive host and answered questions before our check in time as well as checked in on us to make sure everything was going according to plan.

Taija’s place is absolutely incredible and exceeded every expectation we had formed from the pictures!! The view from the back porch is breathtaking. The house was clean and had just about everything you could possibly need, plus more! Taija was extremely responsive and very flexible. If I ever make it back to Valentine, I don’t want to stay anywhere else!

Great place in the heart of town. Close enough to everything, but still small town quiet. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thank you!!

We stay in Valentine a couple of times a year while seeing friends in Rosebud Reservation. This time was a last-minute visit, and because it was earlier in the year, we couldn't camp and didn't want to stay in a motel. On a whim, I decided to check out AirBNB, and I am so glad I did. This place is SO cute and just what we needed for the night. It is a GREAT place to stay overnight, like we did, and longer for those that are coming to check out the local activities. I would recommend it without hesitation! It is going to be our go-to when we can't camp. Bonus to the hosts for allowing overnights. I know cleaning can be challenging after just one night, but we always try to leave places clean and do as much as we can to show our appreciation for their willingness to allow one-night stays.
