Monthly Rentals in Cheverly

I started staying at Manon's place in 2018 and have NEVER been disappointed. Always my go to place when in DMV area.

Bob is an exceptionally friendly host, and his place is conveniently located near the metro in the suburban neighborhood of Cheverly. The apartment met our needs, was clean and comfortable, and we wished we could have spent more time chatting with Bob!

All in all, simply a great place for my whole family. We did not pay much attention to some squeaking in the floor or one of the sofa beds needing some adjustment. Will recommend this place to groups of up to seven or eight people, and as it is located not far from the Metro you can easliy get to downtown DC.

When we first arrived at the apartment, we immediately felt comfortable and the apartment was very cozy! It’s located in a nice neighborhood that we felt safe in. The instructions we were given to enter the apartment were perfect and easy to navigate . I am a very particular person and this apartment was definitely up to my cleanliness standards! It was really nice to not have to pack a bunch of toiletries because the main ones were provided for you as promised, as well as linens. There is a door in the bedroom area (with a lock for both parties) that leads to the main house. We never felt uncomfortable nor did we feel that we had anything to worry about from the owners entering “our space”. If you need anything just send a message to them and they responded pretty much right away. Very accommodating. We will absolutely see if this apartment is available for our future trips to DC.
