Monthly Rentals in Chicago River

The apartment was well located for shops, restaurants and transport. It was well furnished and had everything I needed. The door staff were really lovely. Any customer service issues were swiftly resolved. I would recommend this accommodation highly.

This house is very old and Micheal has been working on it. My 5 yr old and I loved the place. The art work and decorations were fun. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to Museum of Ice Cream, Bean, Riverfront, CTA and you are surrounded by some The most amazing restaurants. We even caught the bus to Navy Pier. I would have walked if I was not with my 5 yr old. I was able to meet Micheal and chat for a bit. He was very nice and I love the new art he is working on. You can find him upstairs working on his art in the evenings. Wish I had more time.

You get a private apartment—all to yourself—how awesome is that? Plus, there’s a high-tech washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a TV with streaming services, and an incredible top-floor view of the city in an extremely convenient neighborhood. It's clean! From start to finish the experience was enjoyable and easy. The location was right by the Lake and it was easy to get around. The day before we arrived the we received easy detailed instructions for entry into the building, the elevator and the suite. We arrived late and were able to access the building and our suite without issue. I also appreciated that the elevators could only be accessed with a code which gave my girl peace of mind. I have stayed in other Sonder's locations and the beds at every location are the most comfortable beds I have stayed in, which to me is one of the more important parts to traveling. The small kitchenette was perfect for heating up our left over pizza from Giardano's. Also the ensuite washer and dryer were helpful when my girl spilled some wine on her clothes and I realized I had not packed enough underwear. I would stay here again when we come to Chicago and will recommend staying here to anyone I know traveling to Chicago. Cheers Sonder!
