Our flat has a seperate entrance, is furnished quite new und Garden area can be alsobused incl some possibilities für children to play. Maritime ambience right on Lake Chiemsee! Our junior suite can be found in a small residential complex directly on the Seestrasse. From there you have a picture-book view of mountains and lake. AND sun all day!! The comfortable, lovingly furnished junior suite can comfortably accommodate 2 to max. 4 people and has a separate sleeping area. From the south balcony you have a direct view of the Chiemgau Alps, Lake Chiemsee and the Fraueninsel. The lake and swimming area are 20 meters away.

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

Spend a lovely time in the apartment with mountain views and a large south-facing terrace. Our apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV and a bathtub. In the village it is about 1000 m to the swimming lake, there are many hiking trails and in winter a cross-country trail right outside the door. The Farmers Home with its 190 m² is ideal for "Family and Friends". You live and cook on the ground floor. You go out to the courtyard of the farmhouse with tables and chairs - ideal for an outdoor breakfast or a barbecue evening. The view is towards the horse pasture and farms. On the first floor there are a total of 3 double rooms - one of them with an en-suite bathroom. 2 more bathrooms are located in the Farmers Home.

The apartment is located close to the Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and a couple of other small lakes. There are plenty of opportunities for sports and cultural events. Numerous restaurants provide local and international cuisine for every kind of taste. Here you can spend your holidays in a rural and traditional atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.

Over 3 floors: Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area with fully equipped kitchen and a hobby room with sofa bed.
