Great place to stay! Lots of space, very clean, and great hosts. Kids books and toys were a great bonus for our group. Hope to stay again when we come to town.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the University of Maryland campus and nearby attractions. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting UMD or Washington, DC, and I would love to stay there again in the future!

This spot is a great value, in a peaceful neighbor with easy access to all you need in the DMV area. The space is simple, functional, and inviting.

This place is magic, truly feel as if I got to escape to an oasis. The attention to detail in this expansive & light filled apartment is incredible, everything that you could need is there,; everything reflects her incredible consideration and compassion. The towels are soft, the bathroom mat is so plush I actually teared up, the space is simply & purposefully designed, the home is clean & well loved, & waking up in the treetops in bloom with all of the wonderful birds nearby is just magical. Sally is incredibly available, flexible, kind – & this place reflects her sense of beauty & wonderment, & I felt as if I was embraced the entire time. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe & friendly in addition to being serenely quiet & definitely walkable – stroll the beautiful streets to hear all of the whimsical windchimes dinging softly! Close to shops & cafes, beautiful Sligo Creek trail. Easiest check in & checkout; this review doesn’t do it justice. It’s wonderful & Sally is wonderful!

Very clean & had everything I needed. The walking trail nearby was perfect for my dog. Quick drive into DC. Would book here again!

This stay was very much cozy! The location was also very convenient to stores as well all heading downtown to sight see. I think there was more to offer here than at a hotel and if we visit again I would definitely pick this spot. Great spot and a great price.

Overall it was a very good stay. Keshia's communication was A+. Something to keep in mind is that it is an attic, so you would need to go up two levels of stairs. The parking is very norrow, but manageable. If you are a light sleeper, the bedroom window faces the street, so traffic might be a bit loud. We played some music on our phones and it helped us mitigate this. Location wise, its only like a 25min drive to Lincon Memorial, so that was great.

Mary’s place was a perfect spot to stay when visiting the DC area! It’s conveniently next to multiple public transport stops and located in a wonderful neighborhood. Mary was very upfront about the fact that we may hear footsteps and some talking, which we appreciated. While we did hear some, it was nothing that impacted our stay and we would stay at Mary’s location again!

Marian was very responsive to every question very quickly. This was my first time in Silver Springs MD and I would highly recommend Kozy Krib for your stay. Very clean and very cozy. Marian made it very easy to navigate the area. Her lovely place is s convenient to shopping and lots of great restaurants and shops downtown. Her directions helped me so much. The metro is so convenient getting to the DC area. Which again Marian was a great help to understand. Thank you Marian I felt right at home.. away from home.

Alison's place was a great stay for our week in DC. Private entrance and a very nice apartment style basement with all of the amenities. Located in Silver Spring, a northern suburb of DC, it was a simple Redline Metro ride to the town and a 20 minute walk to the apartment. Pros were: Closer to down town Many restaurants in the area Clean and appointed kitchen was a plus! Wonderful living area with Wide screen TV Large bed(s) Wonderful outside garden setting for morning coffee. Washer / dryer in house Easy access to the apartment Felt very safe Great neighborhood. Cons were: A bit of a hike to get to the Metro but not overly so. If you like to walk, it's ok.

My partner and I had a great stay! The apartment has everything you would need for a trip to DC and is conveniently located around the corner from the bus stop where you can catch a bus to all the sites around the Capitol. While we did drive to DC and had a car available, the bus and train system was so easy to use that we didn't really need the car for anything. Our host was responsive when I reached out the day before our arrival about how to check in which was pretty straightforward. We didn't have any issues during the stay to ask the host to help with, but he does live in the building and popped out to the hallway to say hello and check in about how things were going, so I have no doubt he would have been able to respond quickly to any questions during our stay. Is this the snazziest neighborhood? No. Does it matter? No, it is exactly what we needed for a short visit to DC.

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

Jennifer space was beyond what I had hoped for. It had everything I needed and more. I am so happy that I booked this space. I would love to stay here again.

I was staying here for an event at the turf valley resort. it was an all day thing so while I stayed two nights I was rarely there. nice, clean, good area, real close to turf valley if you have something but it's sold out. the sofa bed was super comfy, and they are purring in a mattress soon. I would stay again, in fact maybe for next year's event.

Katie took good care of us from the moment we stepped foot in the Airbnb. She made sure everything was up to par, always offering to help with anything we needed. When she found out we were in town for a funeral, her and her husband gave us a handwritten card sending their condolences. The hot tub was absolutely perfect!!! She had it ready for us when we got there. The house was so clean and had everything we needed, a fridge and even coffee, sugar, and creamer, and water bottles!!! The water pressure was great. The scenery was beautiful. I wish we had another week to stay and relax. The beds were comfy and the place was cozy and quaint. If I am in the area again we will definitely stay here. Thank you Katie soooo much!!! God bless you all!! You made this hard trip so much easier for us. We will never forget it.

We loved staying at Hidden Gardens. It was very clean and Noris made it extra special with all her personal touches to make us feel very special. The garden out back is very relaxing and just beautiful. We loved sitting out there and enjoying all the beautiful flowers and greenery. Noris is an excellent host and amazing person. She made us feel special and we felt right at home. I can’t wait to go back. Noris is a “super-host”.

This place was perfect for our girls trip to DC. It was a quick walk to the Metro station. Check in was a breeze and all communication from the host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again.
