Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Chimaltenango Department

An excellent place, a little tricky if you don't have your own car. The house is very spacious and well equipped, with very good views. Ideal to go with many people.

We met Dahlila and her husband Bob, so friendly and so helpful with anything we asked. We loved their history of the home and the story of their refurbish. Their son was really helpful with several transportation needs that we asked about. Even though it was a busy Semana Santa weekend? Dahlias helped us to find a place to rest when we came in on a very early flight. We loved the home and family!!

Great place to stay. The home is very comfy and the neighbors great, safe and quite.

The house, location, surroundings are spectacular. The house is beautiful and has everything you need, the condominium is very quiet. Undoubtedly we will return with my family to spend another weekend disconnected from the outside and have an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.

A very nice place, easy to find, the place is exactly as seen in the photographs, the order and cleanliness of the place was impeccable when we arrived, it became a very accessible place to see the procession of the Fifth Sunday of Lent and to be able to live the experience of seeing carpets and the procession less than a block from the apartment.

Erick's place is quite cozy and had everything we needed with my family for the two-day stay. Just take into account that the town of San Miguel that is where the house is due to the Easter celebrations close the main access until the religious events end so it is advisable to previously look for the schedules to avoid being outside the municipality waiting to enter

I can only recommend this place to those who will spend a few days in Antigua. All perfect.

Loved this little cozy apartment at the heart of Antigua Guatemala. Lots of great places around and felt right at home. Wifi works great if you’re looking for a remote place to work. I’d say if stairs are hot you’re thing … don’t go for it. The terrace space is smaller than what pictures look like but still great views!

The apartment was perfect and included all the Amenities you need to feel at home. The location was spot on and convenient, it was in walking distance to Central Park and many shops and restaurants but far out enough that we were not impacted by procession road closures. Plus it had secured parking and access to apartment complex which was nice. Bonus points for me were hot water, washer and dryer. Demmi was very communicative and accommodating. Definitely would book here again!

We had an amazing time, the host was very friendly and a pretty safe and comfortable place! The only drawback is that it does not have wifi and is quite necessary when it is from another country and not being incommunicado

The house was lovely, just like in the pictures and even more. It was the perfect space during our vacation. It has nice little touches inside, plenty of room, and it’s in a great area with an amazing view of the volcano. Very clean and comfortable. Waleska was super helpful and always checked in to make sure we had what we needed. We had a few hiccups getting from the airport, but she made sure we got there fine and helped make check-in and checkout really smooth. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very nice villa, according to the photographs, the house was very well decorated and clean, the caretakers are very friendly and Ricardo is always attentive, very close to the center of Antigua Guatemala. Very good stay. I would give you a plus if the rooms had AC otherwise 10/10

I rented this villa for my parents to celebrate their birthdays, and I couldn't have asked for a better place! Sofia, the host, was exceptional in her communication and went above and beyond by arranging a chef to come cook for them. My parents were so impressed with the property that they didn’t want to leave! The villa was beautifully maintained, and the ambiance made their celebration truly special. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories. Thank you, Sofia, for making their birthday celebration so perfect!

Michael’s place was absolutely beautiful—every detail felt luxurious. The rooms were stunning, the pool was incredible, and the overall atmosphere made for a truly relaxing stay. The location was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to everything we needed, from restaurants and shops to beaches and local spots. We also really appreciated the on-site security, who greeted us each day and were quick to open the gate—it made us feel very safe and taken care of. One thing to note: Airbnb didn’t clearly state that there would be extra charges for additional guests, even though the house fits eight. Thankfully, Michael was very kind and offered to split the extra cost with us, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home to others.

It was clean, the jacuzzi was warm and most of all it was nice to have staff that was always there to help me.
