We had a fantastic stay at this spacious lake house perched on a cliff with breathtaking views of Lake Atitlán. The home features a pool and a jacuzzi. Access involves navigating narrow, cliffside roads through small villages—perfect for adventurous travelers. The house spans three levels: the entry floor includes a small bedroom, a master bedroom, an outdoor bedroom, and a pool table room. One level down are three more bedrooms. The lowest level features a spacious kitchen, dining and living areas, and a large deck to enjoy the view. A well-kept path leads to the lake’s edge, where we were picked up by boat for a scenic ride to San Juan La Laguna. We opted not to drive to Panajachel at night due to the narrow roads. While it could use a few touch-ups, overall everything was good . We truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this place .

We loved our stay here and would stay again! The badminton court and the kayak were great. The daily breakfasts were delicious and David helped book tuk tuks into town to go to restaurants. Only thing I would clear up is that there's really only 1 bedroom with privacy. The others are two and two without doors. Also, the beds are not the most comfortable, but worth it for the amenities!

We had a great time. The accommodation is splendid with a beautiful view of the lake. The exteriors as well as the private beach are full of charms. To be consumed without moderation!!

Our favourite part was the deck surrounded by garden, and a beautiful view of the volcanoes. Location was very peaceful, and only a short tuk tuk ride into town. Daniela and Jessi were super helpful. We had a great stay!

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Very quiet but only a few minutes from the centre of Antigua with all the restaurants and cafes. Hosts were really communicative and accommodating when our arrival was delayed. A great stay.

His hospitality was above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations, answering any questions we had, and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The house itself was gorgeous, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Adolfo's kindness and attentiveness really made our family’s trip memorable, and we are so grateful for his help. We had a fantastic stay and the check in process was very easy - they even allowed us to drop off our bags earlier than our check in time. The apartment was clean and had a brilliant view. We would highly recommend staying here :)
