Abel is responsive, he gives clear instructipns. The place was very clean, with plenty of amenities. Self check-in is very convenient. The house is in a quiet area, close to common services and you can park a car there. Thank you for your trust, and this perfect place!:)

Sandrine and her husband are really charming and attentive. Very good location to reach the city center of Annecy on foot along the small green river…. Le Thiou. Old Annecy is also beautiful …. the pretty little house of Sandrine gives the opportunity to do many hikes all around Annecy. This house also has a very nice little garden with trees and flowers. We'll be happy to come back especially since regularly this family home is improved. A little more we were able to swim in the lake in April and, we also had the good surprise to see the snow at the top of the Semnoz...

Christopher and Mumu are very welcoming and warm. We had a great stay of 10 days. the house is nice, functional, it has everything you need and is in a small quiet village. The pool is a real plus😊. Very well located, there are many things to do nearby for children and adults alike. Christopher and Mumu are good advice for introducing us to Chanaz (wonder at the appointment).

A host remarkable for his kindness, we felt at home. A space that allows you to reconnect with nature . Ideal with kids .

Loïc's house is very pretty and ideal for 6. We feel good there! The outside and the view are beautiful! Small village with all services within 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes walk! The environment is beautiful, very nice walks that leave directly from the house and full of activities not far from here! Loïc is very friendly and is good advice to help us discover his region. In short, we highly recommend it and could be happy to come back! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

A lovely house and garden in a smart, quiet residential neighbourhood only a few minutes walk to Lake Annecy. All facilities very well appointed and beautiful interior. Would highly recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Carole’s place in Annecy! The apartment was even more spacious than expected and so cozy and lovely. And it really was so close to the lake and the cute shops and streets of the Old Town. Carole and Estelle were very friendly and responsive and answered all of our questions. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful place in very peaceful village, but close to Annecy, lake, even Geneve. Very easy to find and possible to park car just few meters from the door. We came with dogs and they were welcomed. Few grocery stores are very close, walking distance and opened on sunday. Hippolyte answered every question in short time. We loved this place.

Spacious, clean, and functional, matches the photos. Ideally located for a green break, between mountain and Lake Annecy offering superb landscapes. Very good tips from Cathy for great hikes from the cottage. Excellent welcome from Cathy, very kind, and special mention to her husband who told us the entrance to the cottage on arrival with a lot of humor. Don't miss the homemade homemade reblochon sold right next door to the farm restaurant. An exotic and invigorating stay! I highly recommend it!

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Beautiful house and setting! Perfect for a group of friends...Many amenities that make the stay enjoyable (hot tub, billiards, foosball...) Sébastien is very friendly and his cat is lovely. I would highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Villa Farou. The house is splendid, the view is beautiful, the house offers very nice services, the cleanliness is impeccable. The bright house, the outside is beautiful and promises beautiful summer days. Great for families, or groups of friends. We'll be back without hesitating.

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .

We spent a week at the end of February with six of my friends. We were hosted very well, in person, by Mrs. Favre. I received simple and clear instructions on the use of the listing and its amenities and I am satisfied with the exchanges I had. The house is very comfortable and there is, in fact, no problem with hot water. The temperature remains constant even without fire after the sun sets. The amenities work well and the kitchen is well-stocked to help prepare small dishes. In conclusion, this house allowed us to have a great week, thank you again!
