The total area is 70 sq.m. Spacious and bright, it is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There is a large communal parking in the yard. Two landscaped parks and a lake for walking and sports are a 5-minute walk away. Also within walking distance are a variety of restaurants, cafes and a large supermarket.
