Pieve di Caminino Historic Farm

Only for nature lovers. The ancient organic Pieve di Caminino farm is an important historical site: a former medieval parish church built at the intersection of two Roman roads, it hosted two saints (the 12th-century church is now a private museum, which can be visited by guests by appointment). Today it covers 200 hectares of fenced private property, located on a panoramic hill. Seven accommodations share an estate with a swimming pool (seasonal), two ponds, a centenary olive grove, vineyard and a cork forest.

We are in the village of Ciciano, a special corner of the Sienese countryside, near the Abbey of San Galgano. From Ciciano you can easily reach cities of art, such as Siena and Florence, San Gimignano and Volterra, but also seaside resorts and natural parks. It is a great location for those who want to take a nice ride in nature or spend time with us alternating study, working and vacationing surrounded by the greenery of our hills.

The apartment is part of a typical Tuscan farmhouse in the Sienese countryside, a few kilometers from the Abbey of San Galgano and the Nature Reserve of the Val di Merse: we are in the estate of Pentolina, a natural oasis 20 km from Siena and 80 km from the sea of the Maremma. The apartment, completely renovated and equipped with all comforts, consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, as well as a kitchen and living room.
