We invite you to our place on earth, and literally a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day, if you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!!!

Cottage by the river among the hills and the Noteć Forest

Quiet and relax in a beautiful cottage located by the river in the Noteć Valley and the Noteć Forest. It is the perfect place to rest from the hustle and bustle of a big city surrounded by a river of forests and moraine hills. The cottage is perfect for people who want to admire the beautiful views and sounds of birds. The surrounding areas encourage walking and the nearby hills, forests and fields for cycling trips. By the river, anglers can pursue their passion by fishing for beautiful specimens, and those who like water can enjoy water sports.

Włókna Inn Jasna Stodoła close to nature

Włókna Inn is a modern, heated/air-conditioned, fully equipped cottage surrounded by forests and lakes. There is also a large 1000 sqm garden. On the large 70 sqm terrace there is furniture for relaxation, a tub, a barbecue, and an umbrella. The cottage is located about 160 m from Włókno Lake, and the beaches are about 700 m away. Kayak available. We follow the ALL INCLUDED principle, i.e. you pay once for everything. There are no additional fees for pets, firewood, utilities, parking, cleaning, etc.

The Finnish house in Kliny is a unique place in Wielkopolska on the edge of the Zielonka Forest and at the same time close to Poznań (2.5 km to Dziewicza Góra - tower, 14 km to the center of Poznań). The main building, sauna and barbecue house are wooden and were designed by the well-known and renowned Finnish company Kontio. The entire complex of buildings comes from Finland, as well as specially selected interior furnishings. You will feel like you are on a Finnish holiday!

The apartment consists of a room with a kitchen, bathroom and separate wardrobe. There is a bed for two people and a sofa bed. What’s more, the apartment has a large and sunny balcony. It is located on the first floor. The building was completed in 2017. All furniture and accessories are new since they were purchased specially for the quests. Apartment size is 31 square meters. The balcony is about 5 square meters. Within the 8-minute walk there is a Poznan tram stop.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, a large living room with a comfortable sofa, a table with chairs and a smart TV. The bedroom has a large double bed (160x200cm) and wardrobe. Apartment is located on first floor and is very quiet, because it is located in the courtyard.

We invite you to Biała, a peaceful oasis in the heart of the Noteć Forest, where time flows more slowly, and the surrounding forest and lake bring you into a state of complete relaxation. Our cottage, surrounded by nature, is the perfect place to relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Right next to it there are forest paths for walks and cycling adventures, and the noise-free Biała Lake invites you to swim, go kayaking and surf on SUPs.

A charming, wooden house in the Zielonka Forest. There is a grill, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The house is heated by a wood fireplace. For guests we have two double beds and one single. We provide a satellite TV package and fiber internet. Attractions: dart, mini tennis and basketball court, bicycle. In the nearby there is small store, a restaurant and beautiful areas for forest trips. 10 minutes on foot to the lake

Loft with mezzanine "U Ćwirleja" Center. Elevator

A new studio with a balcony and mezzanine in a revitalized tenement house in the city center, right next to the University of Arts. A few minutes to the Old Market Square. Good access by tram from the Main Station and the airport. There is an elevator in the building. The tenement house was a crime scene in Ryszard Ćwirlej's crime novel entitled You have it like in a bank.

Sławica Inn lake house

Take advantage of the fenced-in lounge area where you can indulge in outdoor games and fun or simply enjoy the sun while admiring the forest. We also provide equipment with a barbecue area and a fireplace (wood additionally paid 100PLN/stay), and at the end of the day immerse yourself in a hot tub full of hot water (additionally paid - 300PLN/stay)
