Perfect place to relax and chill !

This house is as beautiful as a piece of art, and once the door is covered with egg flowers, it is truly wonderful!It's full of art, like living in a museum.The open courtyard brings in the cool breeze and listen to the ringing of the wind chimes for a nice lunch break.But also a problem is that there will be mosquitoes bites.It is best to have transportation to live here as it is necessary to walk more than 1km to the main street.However, there are a lot of highly acclaimed food to enjoy in the surrounding area and enjoy a quiet night.

The overall environment was very clean and also very suitable with children, not afraid of being noisy, and the space was very large!!The bed was a good night's sleep!The host was also very nice and very attentive to help with any issues!!Truly recommend you all💕

if you look at the other reviews you will see that this place is very big and excellent value for money. It is a great base for your visit with local amenities within easy walking distance or a short taxi drive if you wish to go a little further. the pool area is nice with food available if you wish. Good deal on a solid apartment on the 20th floor, right on the beach. Cooking supplies and everything you could possibly need. Pools decent, gym is well i'll just say not really usable lol. Location is on very quiet side of town about 10 minute drive / 4 miles away from all the busy craziness .

I have been here several times already and will book here again if I come back to Pattaya. The friendly host, clean room, and amenities were all perfect.

We had a great time at this lovely apartment. bm and her crews are helpful and easy to communicate with. The view is top notch and the sea breeze at the spacious balcony is really relaxing. I definitely will come back again.

Check-in is easy, and everything is around the accommodation, so it seems like guests can live conveniently. Personally, it was so nice to have a pool on the 31st floor. I recommend it.

Very clean and neat condo. Everything was as pictured and the condo had all necessities needed. The Urban Condominiums buildings and pool area are very well maintained, much better than any of the other condos in the area. Udo was very easy to contact and went out of his way to allow for an early check-in when my flight was moved up. All in all, a very good stay.

I am very happy staying at this place. The room pretty clean and host sent someone to clean your room everyday. In the middle of Pattaya and you can chill out in the private pool with beach beside it. Definitely will come back.

In-person welcome Apartment corresponded exactly to the pictures. Very nicely furnished and equipped with very good WIFI, very calm. Beautiful complex with pool, gym and sauna.

We had a wonderful time in Pattaya and the house was clean and very comfortable. When we return we will definitely ask to stay there again.
