Between workshop history and natural idyll: Die Alte Schilderwerkstatt is a lovingly restored 1947 loft, once part of a small ensemble of craftsmen's workshops, in the Oderbruch just 100 m from the Alte Oder river. Industrial charm meets reclaimed materials, characterful furniture and wide-open nature. With a large wooden terrace (45 m²), a rowboat, bikes and endless hiking and cycling trails at your door, it's the perfect place to escape the everyday, slow down and breathe in the green.

Old fisherman's house on Lake Grimnitz

Our house is situated right by the bathing beach, just a 3-minute walk from the front door. It offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and historical charm. You'll stay in the 110 sqm upper floor of the fisherman's house, with four bedrooms accommodating up to eight people. Admire the gallery displaying old fishing pictures from the 1920s and enjoy the lake view through ancient maple and cherry trees. The kitchen and living area are perfect for relaxation.

Vacation home in the countryside

The apartment is located in a stylish old farmhouse converted in 2023 in the Schorfheide nature reserve, and is only a 2-minute walk from the lake, where you can swim quietly and relax. The house has a rowboat, which can be used for a fee (€10/day). From the large outdoor terrace you can watch cranes and storks in the meadow belonging to the courtyard. The Chorin monastery and the Brodowin eco-village can each be reached in 15 minutes by car (30 minutes by bike).

The owner lives (with cat Charly) in the apartment on the ground floor. Vacationers are welcome to share and enjoy the garden. A pergola with fireplace, in the back of the garden, invites you to linger.

A small bathroom with shower is right next to the entrance. In the living area there is a sofa that is used as a sleeping accommodation if necessary. The staircase leads to the sleeping floor.
