Comfortable apartment, very safe, very comfortable. Aires conditionados silent. Washer and dryer work perfect, there is always hot water. The bed is 100%, queen, firm, with lumbar support. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking, includes oven. If they drink wine bring out corks, the only thing that is not in the kitchen, there are drinks.

Amazing accommodation. Very well located, close to public transport and taxi rank, my central. Mrs. Ana María was very kind and very attentive at all times. I recommend it 100% and for sure when I get back to CCS I would like to stay here again.

My host was very friendly and very caring. The location of the house was very close to social areas. I stayed close to 1 month and enjoyed everything about the house. If I visit again, it is the only house I will definitely stay in.

The apartment is incredible, it has everything you need to spend a few very comfortable days. In addition, its location is excellent, right in front of the beach, close to businesses, and places where you can easily shop without needing to go by vehicle. Beautiful property in a great location, with many restaurants nearby. The building is super modern and new, the common areas are spotless, and the apartment is exactly as described in the photos—super clean and organized. Adrian was always very friendly and communicative. We will definitely repeat the experience.
