Vacation rentals in Chub Cay

This is a great budget air BnB! We were a family of 2 adults and 3 kids and needed a place to stay for a stopover for 12 hours (the owner kindly left extra bedding for the sofa). It had everything we needed. We walked to the beach for a swim for an hour, then had a great dinner at the restaurant across the road. 10 mins drive from the air port. Thank you Malcolm and Emma!

Words are difficult to find. Absolutely stunning location and we had the best holiday experience. Communication from Francine throughout was superb and everything was organised for us in respect to arranging the flight from Nassau to San Andros and a welcome meal beautifully prepared and delivered by the property manager, Zona and his wife Bernadette. We cannot thank Zona enough for all his help and kindness throughout the whole vacation. Highlight was when he took us out on his boat for a 4 hour sight seeing trip which included bone fishing, snorkelling and some showing us some Andros ‘secrets’. His knowledge of the sea and the beautiful island was outstanding. I must also mention that the inhabitants of Nicholls Town are the friendliest people I have ever met. Everyone was so pleased to help in any way they can.We cycled most days and this was perfectly safe as the roads are all smooth and all the drivers are very courteous of cyclists.Highly recommended for a totally relaxed holiday

Lou is an absolutely fantastic host. From the very beginning always responsive and engaging with us to make sure we were up to date and kept informed. Lou was also extremely accommodating. The place was exactly what we expected from the listing, bright, clean and had all the amenities we required. Comfortable beds, lots of space and very well taken care of. Everyone absolutely enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to get any property from Lou in the future. Thank you Lou for making our stay amazing and memorable!

Our stay at Madison’s place was exceptional! Beautiful condo which matched the written description; helpful suggestions for restaurants and activities; nice beach; friendly neighbors; and a feeling of safety and being well taken care of. We loved having a grocery store across the street and multiple restaurants within walking distance. The driver Madison recommended (Maliek) was an awesome cautious driver who drove us to and from the airport and to all of our destination points. I would give this vacation a 10 out of 10! Tammy’s place is beautiful. Right next to the beach, you can watch the sunset from the apartment. Lots of restaurants near by. We walked to places, took the bus and taxis. She has beach towels, toys for the kids. Tammy was very responsive to our messages. I recommend her place if you are looking for something relaxing away from the city.

We were a group of five guys in the Bahamas for a basketball tournament. Luther’s place was perfect. He was helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

First off they were very hospitable and very welcoming! Ben is awesome! Always made me feel at home! Close to the ocean and 5 minutes away from the airport. I had a great time at their place. I would go back again!

The host is wonderfully responsive and clear. Access was easy, the place is very secure and close to both the airport and to nice beaches/town. Restaurant in front (Poopdeck) was good and the host provided other recommendations, all of which were great! The complex is a typical, no-frills apartment complex property... but the host's excellent communication and the location were ideal. So unless you're looking for a swanky, hip place to socialize and hang (more like a resort might offer) this place is perfect. Lastly, the security staff were really friendly and upon request they arranged a cab for our early AM departure which reliably arrived on time.

The Airbnb was perfect located. It was quiet and close to the beach but also easy to take the buss anywhere we would like. The Airbnb was clean and provided everything we could need. The host was easy to contact and flexible.
