Great solution for sightseeing! The main attractions (Topkapi, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Cistern, museums, bazaars, etc.) are all about 20 minutes from the apartment. Yusuf, Erol and all the guys are super helpful and friendly, they are able to support their guests on every info they need. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would stay with them again, definitely!

The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

Filiz was a great host and the place is amazing and in a very convenient location to explore the Old Town of Istanbul. The room in the gift shop has a great vibe! Be prepared for cute cats, beautiful jewelry, friendly people, and lots of hills to walk up and down. Filiz and her family were very accomodating and helpful, absolutely reccomend staying with her if you are looking for a place in the Fatih district with character and charm.

Apartment with a very nice vintage loft atmosphere. Very bright with character. A roof terrace is the little bonus for this place. It should be noted that the apartment is located on the 6th floor without elevator access.

This is the perfect spot for a city break to Istanbul, perfectly located by Galata Tower and offering beautiful views over the tower. While a studio, the apartment feels spacious and has a comfortable double bed, sofa, two dining tables, kitchen area and a bathroom with shower (super strong water pressure which was a lovely surprise!). Eyo and his co-host Ali were extremely helpful and responsive in the run up to our stay, providing recommendations and offering to book tours for us if we'd like. Check in was simple - Eyo or Ali will meet you at the apartment to provide the keys. Really great value for money and would recommend this apartment to anyone. I really recommend Galata as an area - you are in walking distance to so many sights (10/15min walk down to Galata Bridge, from which you enter Sultanahmet).

Ozkan, it was a pleasure to stay at Your studio. Balat is truly amazing and vivid, hippie and oldfashioned, quiet and noisy at the same time. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures and has everything needed for a hassle free getaway. It’s in a perfect location just far enough away to have a retreat from the hustle and bustle of Çengelköy while also being within walking distance of the heart of the neighborhood. The garden with all the cat visitors was especially loved by our child. Thanks to Jackie and Seyit for being great hosts!

This granny-unit up on peaceful Dragos Hill in Kartal is a lovely get-away. The couple who live in the main house are very warm and welcoming. The side house is good for one or two people. It has a little balcony from which you can enjoy the sea view. The hosts were thoughtful enough to leave some fruit and bread, cheese, olives, etc. for breakfast. They were also helpful with tips about where to eat. I only wish I had had more time to relax there! The neighborhood is full of beautiful villas and with its pine trees and calm streets it feels like an extension of the Prince's Islands right across the sea.

Great stay. The apartment was exactly what we needed for 3 people, clean, well equipped and had all the amenities we were looking for. The apartment was as described, heating was even turned on for our arrival which was a nice touch! Communication all the way through was fantastic. The only thing I would mention about the location is that it is lively outside. And the pool was a bit cold in the mornings. Apart from that it was perfect, would stay again!

We had the absolute BEST time staying at this wonderful cabin! It was the perfect getaway for me and my family — cozy, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin had everything we needed and more — thoughtful touches, super comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and stunning surroundings that made it easy to relax and unwind. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We spent our days exploring the area and our evenings gathered around the fire, making memories we’ll cherish for a long time. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and nature, this is the place! We can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend!

Everything was good, the place is close to Taksim square and to the stopover for public transport. There were all the necessary appliances in the kitchen. The only thing I didn't like is that the furniture was drained and had stains. A refreshing of the apartment would be nice. Otherwise everything else was perfect. Hosta communication was extremely easy.

It was a great stay. The place is unique and calming. The host is very helpful and understanding. You have help 24/7 and the nature and the place is unique. We totally recommend.

A very clean house has a beautiful view as well. The walking distance to the important island center is just a little too much to do your shopping on the way.

Me and my family had a great short vacation in the apartment hotel. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days there. The pool and the public space is very nice. But the thing that really impressed us was the view from the balcony. It's hard to tear yourself away from the view of the sea and evening Istanbul.
