As soon as we entered the garden with my husband and children, we were at peace. The house is very clean and convenient and has everything you need. The children swam in the pool while we barbecue, cooking marsmallows while enjoying the cinema by the fire. We spent a lot of time in the garden and ended the night with the pleasure of the hot tub. We were very happy that a 1-night holiday was so full. We had the chance to spend time at the lake the next morning, and we will come back as soon as possible, thank you for everything.

Everything was as we imagined. Mr. Tayfun is a great host. He helped us with everything. The house and garden were spotless. We had everything we needed. We had 3 peaceful nights. We were comfortable like in our own home. We were already hitting the location and view of the house. We made the right choice. I normally booked somewhere else. However, since the host didn't contact me, I canceled my reservation and booked the Barış brain house at the last minute. She contacted me right away and made a lot of advice and suggestions. He was very friendly and sincere. I stayed at his place as if it were my own. He's a great host. Definitely recommend. Ali met us at the ferry terminal on our arrival and took us to our new home for a week. Ali was wonderfully hospitable and showed us around the house. The house was equipped with everything; a lovely garden to sit in with brick BBQ; lots of space for 6 of us; peaceful area - we loved it - located 10-15 mins from the terminal, a very pleasant stroll with many good eateries along the way. We would definitely stay again.

It was very nice stay. We’ve been greeted and recommended the places to go with map. The room is cleaned once every two days. It was exactly as per the photos and descriptions.

I will explain based on my experience as a result of a short-term stay. First of all, the building is solid; the structure is already new, all tests have been done and done in accordance with the regulations of the period. I did not experience any anxiety in terms of safety. I did not even feel any aftermath between April 24 and 26 during my stay. If we move to more general issues other than the agenda, first of all, what you see in the advertisement is the same as what you will find at home. Directly 5 points in terms of cleanliness, everything was spotless, the bathroom was sparkling clean and there was a "clean" smell everywhere after that intense cleaning. The house you will keep may be 1 eye room, but there are more options/tools than your needs in 1 eye room. There is both air conditioning, an artificial fireplace and natural gas for heating. If you are an easy cold person, don't worry, the house can take the sauna bucket right away, you don't have to worry about insulation as a loft, there is no heat loss. The balcony is suitable for coffee right in the spring

The apartment was very nice and clean in a very good location. The landlord was very friendly. The only issue I had with this place was the parking space. But still that is very sensitive.

Loved this apartment for my family of 5. Spacious, clean, walkable to all of the sights. Muhammed was so responsive and helpful. He helped arrange rides to the airport, provided recommendations, and was very flexible with us leaving our bags after check out since we had a late flight. We had a wonderful stay.

This house is truly a corner of heaven. Very pleasant, very warm, all kinds of facilities available. 4 adults can easily stay. The house has a very cute garden full of fruit trees. There are tables both in the garden and on the balcony where you can eat your meals. The house is in a very central location, only a few minutes walk from the pier, but the bedrooms overlook the garden and the interior of the house is very peaceful and quiet. The house had everything we needed, from iron to coffee makers. In the spring, the garden of the house can be the best place in the world. We stayed in the fall, but we will be back in the spring. If you want to stay in Heybeliada, you really don't have to go far. Finally, the host is very kind and helpful, allowing us to use the bike on the balcony and collect pomegranate from the garden, it was a flawless experience for us.

Thanks to Gamze and Pirat the guard, we had a super nice stay. Beautiful Villa, clean. Lovely people. Beautiful surroundings. There were a few malfunctions in WiFi first day but will be resolved quickly. What we needed will be fine right away. House has 3 showers I thought 4. That was a little tricky one of the bathrooms you couldn't shower standing up. I definitely recommend it.

Great stay amazing view

place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

We liked it very much as a place, because of the garden, it was very good for the house due to the fact that the house is wooden, but you do not spend time in the house, it makes a little noise when you walk, but you are just going to sleep, so it is not very disturbing, thanks to the host, it was very kind and caring, thank you very much, we stayed very satisfied.

it's more than Super villa, the villa is great, full sea view, super clean, super furniture, wide pool, nice rooms, very cool terrace. the villa had everything we needed as a big family of 7 persons and 3 childrens. actually the villa is more better than it looks in the pictures :') I highly recommend the villa for everybody. Mr. Ata is very friendly and responds very fast!

Turgay and Ferhat were always responsive to our questions, very kind and helpful. The place is nice and quiet, the pool has been a great part of our stay. I’m a yacht captain with 6 other crew members. This place was exactly what we needed to do our jobs here in Istanbul. I would recommend this place 100%
