1) 25 minute train to Manhattan 34th St Penn Station. 2) NO Parking Available. Street Parking have Restrictions from 2AM-6AM and while some guests have no difficulty finding parking, others seem to have a hard time. Be careful not to get parking tickets. 3) There is No Cleaning fee - All guests must clean up after themselves.
“If you need a clean quiet place to stay only 25min by train to penn station.. This is the place! Cheap, clean and locarion very convenient if you want to vity NYC. Armando is super quick to answer any question. Tv with lots of channels so you can relax after a long day sightseeing!”
This very quaint studio is newly renovated. Everything is brand new! Subway tile back-splash, butcher-block counter-tops,ceramic tile flooring, carefully selected furnishings and a private entrance. Short walk to massive park with a track for exercise. NJ Transit bus and trains are both minutes away. Train and bus ride to the city are half hour long. $10 Uber ride to MET LIFE stadium and American Dream Mall.
“My guest and I stayed at Veronica’s, and we had such a great experience! She was communicative and prompt with her responses to our questions and/or concerns. The kitchen had the basic necessities for cooking, and she even supplied extra cooking amenities like seasoning and oil. The bathroom, though small, is quite beautiful—and everything was nice, neat and clean upon arrival. Though the studio is located in a basement, we hardly heard any noise upstairs so we felt like we were in our own little world. 7-11 and two grocery stores are a short distance (10min) walk, and Target is an 8min drive away. Overall, as previously mentioned my guest and I had a great experience and would stay again!”
Our space is a large, private studio, a quick 30 minute train ride from NYC, 15 minutes from Newark and 10 minutes from Seton Hall University. Located on the third floor of a multi-family home, this comfortable apartment includes an open living room, dining room, and bedroom, in addition to full bathroom and kitchenette (with a full-sized refrigerator). You will also have access to a spacious walk-in closet. People from all backgrounds are welcome in our home.
